I can't believe how bad this hotel really is. I paid almost 1500 for 1 night stay and I'll list out all of the things that were great about this place. 1. Absolutely nothing. Now the things that were bad 1. The room was just plain dirty, there was literal dirt everywhere, nothing was clean from the bed to the chairs to the bathroom, the glasses on the table, the closet, everything was so dirty and the room felt like it wasn't inhabited or even opened since days, it smelled very peculiar. 2. Called room service 4 times, I was able to hear the phone ringing downstairs but they didn't bother picking it up. 3. Every sound from the outside like the hallway, the adjacent rooms, etc was very clearly audible. 4. Warm water only comes in the morning and after that you're on your own. All in all very bad service, lathargic staff and lack of cleanliness has made this hotel the worst I have ever had the bad luck of booking. Thank you Fab Hotel Surya for maintaining your hotel so nicely, it is a miracle that you are still getting bookings. I think I know the reason why they're getting bookings, the fake reviews are so prominent for this hotel that they obscure what this place really is. I don't think a real person who has stayed here can give it any better review than a one star.

1. No toiletries available in wash room not even hand wash/soap. 2. Hot water thermos was in broken condition. 3. Curtains very dirty. 4. TV available but not working. 5. Very bad experience.

The room was in a very bad condition. It was completely covered with dust. There was a strong pungent smell. Overall experience was too bad

It was good stay but room and toilet not worthy with room price, furniture not maintained,overall it was good. 8 out of 10 points marking from my side.overall it was good stay.

Location was great. Rooms are ok. There is room for important. Can be booked for a night or two.

Very very worst experience. AC is not working even kept at 16 degree also celling fan is not working properly. Very rude behaviour by staff and management. I asked to change my because of AC is not working but they did only some kind of repair after that denied to change the room by reason of rooms are full. I am writing this review at 1:15 AM at night because can’t sleep as the temperature is very high.

Disrespectful and unhelpful staff, mediocre rooms with no soap and toiletries in washrooms. Even their phone doesn't work properly when connecting to reception or probably the staff was just ignoring it. Very very bad experience, not recommended at all.

Room was not provided as against booking of executive room, no lift till 4th floor, breakfast took one hour to serve
