It is truly atrocious. Employee sleeping on the 2nd floor landing, very creepy. AC not cold, fan is loud and making lots of noise. Noises from the streets all day and night. Construction right outside my window ALL NIGHT. And to top it off, blankets are dirty and smelly. Showers dont work properly and hot water only available from 5AM - 10AM. This is truly, a BUDGET experience. If u want to pay to live like hobos, be my guest. I complained to my company who put me here. It is truly crazy.

During time lunch and dinner they playing like music indian music its feel indian. When i came to hotel checkin time indian traditional welcome superb. Welcome drinks and treating everything good. Good helping nature

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very asthetic. The stuffs in the rooms are new and all the sanitaries in bathrooms are neat and clean. All the accessories are very near to the hotel and this is very easy to reach the hotel as this is located very near to the KSRTC bus stand. Overall we have very good experience while we stay in the hotel. Next time I assure to select this hotel on my proposed business trip to travel this city.

Hotel management people's behaviour were not customer friendly instead of that they were quite rude. There was major defect in the bathroom device where we were getting only hot water.Itwas happening frequently, When we complained about it, insted of rectification they asked us to vacate. Hence we do not recomend anybody to stay in this hotel.

Insolent receptionist. Small rooms. Broken A/C. Unclean bedsheets. Would have given a 0 star if I could. We booked a room here because of a family medical emergency and checked in late (at around 9 pm) after calling up the hotel in advance. Though the bedsheets were unclean that day, the first night receptionist was good and he got them changed immediately. He also talked to the manager and put on hot water for us (this hotel has a weird policy of turning off hot water after the morning slot). That night the AC didn't work. So we requested the new person at the reception (a stone-faced spectacled man whose name we unfortunately didn't ask) to get it checked and get the room cleaned for us. But when we came back, the room was not cleaned, towels were not replaced, and the A/C was still not working. The spectacled receptionist claimed that the A/C was not faulty. We decided to let it go because we were exhausted and emotionally drained (our relative had passed away and we had been completing the rituals all day). We just wanted to take a bath and leave for dinner - our relatives were waiting for us. (By the way this hotel doesn't have a restaurant). We requested the spectacled receptionist to turn on the geyser for two minutes. This was at around 7 pm. And he rudely denied. Shocked, we requested again explaining the situation. But he still wouldn't budge, wouldn't even look at us as we talked, and kept pretending to be busy. Upset, we asked him that if this is the way a hotel management behaves, why should we come back. Imagine our shock when he replied, you can leave if you want. We have stayed in many hotels, even in this particular one several years before. Never once had the service or staff behaviour been this bad. This hotel has gone rotten down the years because of staff such as this receptionist. It is evidently not suitable for decent family crowds. Stay away, or stay at your own risk!
