Hotel Villa Maryam

Had a decent stay! The frontdesk guy helped us with an early check-in. Housekeeping staffs are also quite helpful. Overall we had a comfortable stay given the price range. Washroom walls however seemed greesy and the floor took time to dry.

We had to ask for the sheets to be replaced for a fresher and unstained set. Had to request towels as they were missing and some coat hangers. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Then we laid on the bed…oh dear, there was a mattress ’topper’ that was so lumpy we stripped the bed, removed it and remade the bed. There is, as always, no eye for detail. The tiles in the shower were dirty and there is all the mould and gunge in the corners and along the shower recess glass and doors, dust filled bathroom ventilator and a problem with the bathroom ceiling. The floor in the bedroom was not clean as our bare feet could attest to. Other than all of the above it is a nice enough hotel. Note - the ‘cafe’ at the hotel is not functioning. There are take away menus in the room and breakfast needs to be ordered and will be delivered from a nearby restaurant.

I satyed in this hotel, one night, rooms are ok, but service is very bad, especially frontoffice lady, only looking for money.. Not about customer satisfaction... Front office staffs attitude is not at all good...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Villa Maryam , and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The cleanliness of the hotel and the outstanding service truly made my stay memorable. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the immaculate condition of the hotel. The lobby, the corridors, and my room were all spotlessly clean, which immediately put me at ease, especially in today's climate. The room itself was not only clean but also well-appointed and comfortable. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene was evident throughout. It's clear that the hotel takes hygiene and guest safety seriously. And they're providing hot water, electric kettle, refrigerator and complimentary breakfast at just a budget range Overall, I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at Villa Maryam. The combination of cleanliness and exceptional service truly sets this hotel apart. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and worry-free stay. Thank you to the entire Villa Maryam team for making my stay so enjoyable. I look forward to returning in the future.

It was a wonderful experience. The rooms where clean and hygienic. The staff where super kind. The rooms where spacious. This is my second time coming here because this is one of the best for its price and cleanliness in kozhikode. Its not far from all the main attractions in kozhikode.
