Raga Residency - Budget Hotel

Had to give 1 star so that I can write this review. I had taken a double room non A/c for 1000 rps and it was pathetic. There was a foul smell all over the room and the bed sheets were not washed properly. The room is maintained so poorly and the toilet was also not maintained. The hotel front was littered and the staff was unprofessional. Won't recommend it to anyone since no one deserves such pathetic experience from a service provider. I had no other option at that time to take another hotel and that's why I had to take this one. For the amount I spent on this hotel I recieved a service worth 100rps. I hope someday in the future they might improve themselves to provide good service to there fellow guests.

Such a worst esperience i got from kerala. It was ny frnds marriage and we booked 4 rooms with a/c. First of all the bed sheets have been not washed or cleaned. The bath towels looks like very pathetic. And i asked bathing soap at that time the staff was telling like use one soap for 3 people its there policy. Staff behaviour was also very worst. Please dont go with family or friends.

Do not book at this hotel, the owner is a scammer! The building has water damage so the rooms are covered in mold and very badly ventilated because the windows are nailed shut. So it is impossible to get a breath of fresh air, you have to sit in the warm moist and stille air and breath in the mold spores. We had an early check in so when I went to complain about the state of the room I was told to wait and I will be given another room as soon as one became available. We went out for breakfast and a walk because to stay in the room was unbearable. When we came back there was no one at reception so we waited again. Long story short we finally got our replacement room in the afternoon. Surprise, it was also moldy. The next 2 ones we were offered were also moldy. I explained that we could not sleep in this environment, especially because my partner is allergic, but that it is also unethical to rent out rooms in sich conditions. The owner of the hotel refused to refund us the cost of the room under the pretence that the booking was utilized. Furthermore the hotel is under construction so there is construction material lying everywhere, the rooms are filthy, bedsheets and pillow have stains on them, the kitchen and eating area were disgusting and we even saw a rat running along the kitchen counters. The staff told us that that is what you get for such a low price. We payed 16€ a night for this hell hole and we've been to MUCH nicer and clean places for less. Agoda was also useless in helping us and it's a shame it gives such people a platform.

CANT EVEN GIVE ONE STAR. The service was very bad. Since the hotel was opposite to a school, it was all noisy. IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR. THE STAFF WERE VERY RUDE. NO LIFT FOR OLD PEOPLE . MY GRANDMA WAS UNABLE TO WALK UP THE STAIRS. THE PRICING WAS TOO HIGH FOR A SO CALLED 'BUDGET HOTEL'. THE HOTEL WAS SUITABLE ONLY FOR DRUNK PEOPLE AND THEY WERE SUCH A NUISANCE. MY FAMILY HAD A BAD TIME THERE. DO NOT GO THERE. IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. ZERO STARS OVERALL

I have booked Single Non AC room of worth Rs 800(Including GST). Room was just ok in hygiene and the shower 🚿 was leaked. The fan is not properly placed and needed to maintain the entire room in terms of appearance as well. May be the better price for the room is INR 500-600.

The hotel provides accommodation to all type of customers. I went as a family. There are many things to be taken care before checking in this hotel. The hotel management should focus on these things to improve the quality of services to their customers. 1. Price: ₹1600 for a non-AC room without any complimentary benefits is too high. Flexible and reasonable price should be charged from customers. 2. Rooms: Cleanliness is a big question mark. Room was not at all neat and clean when checked in. Room boys never turned to answer our requirements. Drinking water/ soap/bath towel etc were not provided. Pillow was at its worst condition. Towel was worn-out from its original colour. TV was for a show only. Unable to watch due to remote issues. If these problems are taken care, definitely it will be a first class budget hotel. 3. Location: It is around 1 km away from Bus Stand. (Both KSRTC and Private). Around 2 km away from Railway Station. This is convenient for all those who come from different parts of our country.

Dirty and smelly room. There was an unbearable stench in the bathroom I even got a condom from the room. It was unbearably hot in the non AC room. There was also a mosquito nuisance. If you are planning to stay with family then this is not the place for you. If there's one good thing to say, it's the parking.
