Disastrous Dining Experience at New Brothers Hotel Date: Aug-13-2023 Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) My family and I went to New Brothers Hotel on August 13th, 2023, hoping for a good meal, but it turned out to be a terrible choice. The cleanliness of the place was acceptable but fell short of expectations. We ordered chicken biryani and chicken fry, two dishes that should have been delicious. However, the biryani had no flavor at all, and the rice was all mushy. The chicken fry was a disaster too – it was undercooked unappetizing to eat. The worst part was when we saw one of the employees drinking from a glass and then using the same glass to serve a customer without washing it. That was just plain gross and made us question the hygiene of the whole place. Overall, our experience at New Brothers Hotel was really bad. We won't be coming back here, and I suggest others think twice before eating here too. It's just not worth it and not recommending to anyone.

Poor service bad food....that's all I would like to say in short. I ordered chilli chicken and wheat porrotta and i waited for 25mnt to get it....yes the price is affordable but the teast was compromised and they I stood their for 25mnt and the never said take a seat and when I asked about my order the person at counter was mean and rude

Horibble!!!RATING 1/10We orderd a beef fry but they give us beef curry which is not cooked very bad service worst experience 🤮👎👎 don't come here
