I am not willing to give them of one star. Very bad than thought before. A worst hotel. Will never recommend this hotel for our enemy's too.Very Irritated. A worst managing and also the manager is worst than that of a waste. Booked a room by my friend. When we came here they are ordering us to bring the booked person to them. Very...... No words to say. That much worst. Damn It.

GOOD vegetarian restaurant .... but the lodge facility is not appreciable.... average facilities provided.. may be a coincidence the a/c not work well..cooling low...tv not working .. restaurant is good ... staying facility is not much appreciable.... anyway adjustable ..one funny thing is bathroom has no lock...and it is denoted by a traveller 6 months ago in the below review and found funny.. no changes after 6 months... if you take a room firsf check the room clearly and then only confirm

Elan Plaza is situated on the side of NH, Kayamkulam. AC Rooms, Non AC Rooms, a Conference Hall and a restaurant are available here. Accommodation facilities are suitable for all kinds of pockets. A Conference Hall with eminent seating arrangements are available here. Tasty foods with reasonable rates, good staff services etc. are the highlights of Elan Plaza.

I went to Gangotri restaurant, it seems they are out of business. There were no snacks at 4:00pm, so we had just coffee - pathetic coffee. ₹20 per coffee

Place is good.. food was not that great.. rooms and beds are nice but not cleaned well.. refrigerator in the room doesn't work..

I had called them for a room for 2weeks. There Executive spoked with me for a long time and took all information and finally stays there is no room. If there is no room then why the hell he want all the information. He can just say there is no room available!!

Pretty decent rooms with refrigerators n tv at price a price around 900₹ for one night (non AC).
