Royale Plaza Hotel

Really nice place super close to the rail station. The room was super clean and spacious, A.C. and pretty comfortable bed. The rooms facing the street can be a little loud but nothing to worry about. The food at the restaurant pretty tasty. The staff are very friendly kind and always trying to improve your stay. I spent there 2 nights and I would definitely come back

Very bad experience. Old building bathrooms without door lock, breakfast only bread omelette and putt.. Loud ac. No option for display off. It take hours to get warm water.The pillows are very large and will definitely give you a neck pain. Will never return.

Hotel with good location located nearby to railyway Station. Clean & comfortable. Ideal for solo and family. Food quality is good and chef makes good tea and fish tava fry. Also, breakfast was available complimentary while staying. Overall experience was good.

Bad experience. I came here with my family expecting a lot due the payment we were giving but we were thoroughly disappointed the moment we stepped out. The hotel did not have the ambience for a three star hotel. It looked worse than a one star hotel. Lift was under maintenance, bathroom was leaking, the shower knob was broken etc. The room was ok and it was neat. The complementary breakfast was late and not upto the standard. The service was bad and they never pick up calls.

Very very bad behaviour from Staff. Food worest, wash room door going to kill the person 🤬we will never come on this hell. Only sreelal is good may be... that also not sure fron 207 AC room experience.

The 3 star is only for the bed and bathroom but the service is half stars if the property is under maintenance then they should not accommodate people as well. The rooms allocated nearby all rooms are under construction it is very disturbing unable to sleep, AC not working if we inform room service to give hot water it was not provided, breakfast is complementary but you have to wait till the time they decide to bring it to your room. Disappointing experience , i wont suggest this hotel for family bookings

I don't no this which sentury Hotel. Rooms are very old & not managed well. Blanked too old you will feel dusty in the rooms. No Intercom connection No Hot water in the room have to ask morning they will provide hot water in bucket 🪣 No laundry service Food is very pathetic order Boiled Egg & Veg Fried Rice they given me egg which not completely cooked n Fried Rice is just add vegetable Rice without proper cooking. Highly not recommended this hotel for stay & food.

Completely hygienic and very well maintained. Hospitality is great, stayed there for 2 days and I had great time there. HR Manager Mr. Vargheese is such a kind man and made my stay comfortable. They were totally flexible with check-in and check-out time (not a busy schedule though). They are planning to open their kitchen by December, 21.
