Hotel Al Saj

me and my family ordered meals from here there was two bhais and they were talking while serving the food and the rice was very dry and cold (100/- per meals) also they don’t even serve water for us, they are caught up with their own things! this is the way u treat ur customers? very pathetic!

Pathetic experience. Had normal chicken Mandi. As shown in the photos, chicken was not properly cooked. They had put raw masala on the chicken, I wonder how they dared to serve the customer such bad food. The location is the catch. Food is horrible.

Not up to the quality as price. The beef quantity was so low considering the price, this is the worst I have had in kochi. Low quality rice and FYI it's not the al saj located in Thottumugham. As most of the pictures are misleading.

The food at the restaurant was good, but I had a very bad experience with the security staff. The security guard displayed very poor character and behaved rudely towards me. On a particularly rainy day, I was with my 6-month-old baby and wife. I asked the guard for an umbrella and honked several times to get his attention. He ignored my signals and then spoke to me very rudely. This behavior was unacceptable and left a negative impression on our visit.

Got take away dinner. Lot of options in food items. Food 🍽️ We got Hari Mirchi Kabab Fish masala Kalanji piece Nool parotta & Peri Peri Alfham Hari Mirchi Kabab - was like tikka not Kabab - chicken was bit dry Nothing outstanding about it. Fish masala Kalanji piece - was tasty , spiced good 👍 Nool parotta was ok Parking 🚘 Ample parking area near the restaurant as well as opposite to it. Service - can't comment as we took parcel Seating - there's lot of seating available

Food quality needs a lot of improvement. The taste of biriyani and chatti chooru is below average. It's very over crowded. Enough space for parking is there. Service is good. Food service takes around 30 mins at peak time. We have severe food poisoning for a week.

Visited this restaurant for lunch and had porotta and tomato fry. The porotta was below average, and the tomato fry was the worst I've ever had—half-cooked tomatoes with some masala. My friends had chicken biryani and shared a similar opinion. Overall, not a place I'd suggest.

Good food... Attractive place... Open music programmes... Great choices.... Romantic atmosphere at night... Very busy area.... Most of the time we need to stand in queue to get a seat...
