We stayed a couple of days in this hotel, the location was very good and it's the heart of the town, hotel food also has good taste and value from money. But the room and rate is not good , rooms are very old and dust in the walls, not maintained properly, AC not working properly , room service is not good and the knight so noise in the building we can't sleep properly and the room rent is also high, so take other options for a better stay.

As to comment about the rooms, I have not stayed here in this hotel. I visited this hotel in connection with a meeting conducted in the hall there on 26th Jan.2024 As fast location is concerned, it is centrally located at the heart of the town. Food served was very good and tasty. Service was very good.

Stayed in the hotel in PWD room. A convenient moderate room worth it's cost. The hotel is located near the Railway station and bus stand.

It's a five minute drive from Aluva bus station and railway station. The rooms are clean. Bathrooms are clean as well. But it's not that grand. Worth the money though. A/c and non A/c rooms are available. There is a food court in the complex. But the menu they offer is not that wide. Overall it's a good place to stay for a day or two.

Horrible place to stay. Best is to stay away from this hotel. Stayed in a heritage room charges are 2500/-. But pathetic rooms. The room locks just come off. Cheap leaking Plastic bathroom fittings speak volumes about the interest the management takes. The worst part is my interaction with the person at the reception. Not interested in your problems, on the contrary wants to insult you. Pl for gods own country's sake avoid this place... Most of the facilities shown in the website are not available. This hotel is only for a special class of people whom they provide the best rooms. Once again pl avoid... Another good news no complimentary breakfast

A heritage hotel by Mahnami Hotels private limited. Some of the rooms here are reserved as Kerala PWD guest house. Location is easily accessible from Ernakulam railway station and bus stand. A rich usage of antique timer gives this hotel a rich and heritage look. Need bit for care on maintenance. Service and food are average

The location is just outstanding. Serene atmosphere inside the town. Old buildings are converted to the hotel. There is a nice restaurant. The dishes were very tasty.
