OYO 27738 Ghala Residency Inn

I stayed there for two days the experience was okay but the rooms doesn't have breathable space and the ac was spewing dust everywhere. The hot water didn't work the tv took some intervention to work . Overall a 2/5

The room and toilet is clean, but not shining. Parking area is minimal. The beds in the double room are not comfortable. Moreover, there is a height difference in the bed, so, couples, this is not for you. The sounds from neighbourig rooms (their TV/mobile sounds, they moving something, they hitting something etc.) will be heard even after midnight. When the power goes off, they either dont have a backup generator, or it takes them some time to switch on the backup generator. Overall the place is "ok". Not so bad and not good either.

If you're single and looking for a stay near Aluva then it's fine. Otherwise please don't choose this property. Poor cleanliness and staf will ask for extra money as caution deposit. Rooms blanket towels are all not that clean. Bathrooms were pathetic.

They staff thinking, we are coming there to do something personal, while doing check out staff talking with us like that, and bedsheet not clean, AC started dipping water at the midnight, parking area not good, not good for families, my request don't visit this place with family, try do make complaint while doing checkout. No option for Zero Star, so I had to give one Star. Very poor.

I didn’t even stay! I’ve booked my stay with agoda app and have already prepaid! But the guy in the front desk (Ameen) wouldn’t let us in even after showing all the proof of paying because my name dint show up on his tab but he have already got my confirmation mail! Even after showing him the invoice, he is like if my name doesn’t show up on his tab by 12pm then I’ll have to pay the whole amount again! Why would I stay in an OYO paying double the price! These ppl doesn’t even know the whole procedure on how OYO works! When we asked him to call his supervisor at OYO, he is like he doesn’t know! Then as a guest, I had to call the people and then cancel the entire stay! Horrible experience!

The best and the cheapest place you can find.The owner himself looks into the issues you have if any arises.The main thing is that you get the best suits at the cheapest rate.24x7 reception available at your disposal. I stayed there for 15 days. The metro station is 100 mtr away so its convinent to go to any place and get back to hotel even in the middle of the night..Superb and excellent . My best stay ever....

It's little far from City but there is metro station just next to it, so we can easily go inside the city. Metro station is just 100 steps away from the hotel and it is on the main highway. Rooms are pretty good for single person or even family or couple. Food you can order from ZOMATO or Swiggy.

Never go here. Very arrogant and rude staff and their manager. They don't understand what is a "Guest". I never received the breakfast for which I had booked. There was complete silence when I asked about breakfast timings. They are no more than cheats.
