Casa Regency

We were in kerala from 1week we love there’s culture and hospitality almost we stayed in 4 hotels among 4hotels 3 are best hotel with best service and there good behavior and hospitality impressed us.(we haven 5stars to 3hotels) But with CASA who is blaming customer with false allegations that we drunk that shows his negative attitude among customer. Better improve your services rather than blaming customers, hope you understand and change your attitude. I am not happy by giving this review this is only for other customers they should not face what we face.

We stayed here for one Day and Night... We love the hospitality of the place bcz owner of Regency was so friendly... Here is a video of Rooms title as "Quick tour of House boat and Rooms"... I had a fantastic stay.The cozy ambiance, impeccable cleanliness, and warm hospitality made it a memorable experience. The hosts were friendly, the accommodations comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

This is one good budget hotel if you want to work from here. They were so accomodating they put the wifi in our room so that I can get good wifi to take video calls. The rooms are big and spacious. They have AC and non AC rooms. You would get dressing table, chair, centre table in the room. But the bathroom is not good. Its very small and not very clean. I dreaded to go to the bathroom and wouldn't want to take shower or anything. Things you do to work while traveling. The hotel has big parking space and the view is good too

Room was big and clean but having foul smell and bathroom was very bad with yellow color water coming from tap....overall in 1 week of my stay in Kerala this was the worst accommodation I've stayed.

Hello people just notice one thing, some other customer complained about dirty bathrooms, and just read the CASA REGENCY’s rude reply to him. This clearly shows how the customers are being treated at this place .

It clearly shows how he treats his customers, he says drunkards to his customers... Customers=drunkards according to him. That itself shows how he treats his customers... Staff is being very sarcastic I will never visit this place again . Never ever again .
