It was a good and pleasant stay overall. The team provided prompt service when the air conditioning unexpectedly stopped working during the night. However, there's room for improvement in ensuring uninterrupted AC functionality for a more comfortable experience

Worst stay ever. AC didn’t work properly, food was overpriced, and they didn’t even give the complimentary water bottle at checkout. Poor service, not worth the money.

I stayed at camelot alleppey few days ago. It wasa memorable experience.we have got a warm welcome there. Checkin procedure was very smooth and easy. Meanwhile they served a tasty mix fruit juice. The dinner at the restaurant was very delecious. The service staff were so helpful. Staff at front desk was polite, and always they keep asmile on their face which was also nice. Rooms were so neat amd clean great work by the housekeeping. Check out was also very fast when compared to other hotels i have stayed thank you camelot

We had ordered Chicken 65, Fried Rice, and Kadai Chicken from your restaurant. Unfortunately, the chicken did not taste fresh, and the overall flavor of the food was not up to expectations. We were disappointed with the quality and hope you will look into this to improve the taste and freshness in the future.

Camelot Hotel – We stayed here for one night. There were 7 of us, and we booked 3 AC rooms. The rooms were very spacious and luxurious, with clean interiors and washrooms. A full-size mirror was a nice touch. Overall, the stay was good — the staff was professional, and room service was efficient. However, the restaurant was terrible. The welcome drink had a fly in it. We ordered rice, noodles, and curd rice — the noodles were spoiled and had a bad smell, yet the staff still served it to us. After complaining, they offered us a discount, but it’s shocking that they would even serve spoiled food. Even the fried rice and curd rice didn’t taste fresh. On the bright side, breakfast had good variety and was served fresh. Overall stay experience: 4/5 Restaurant experience: 1/5

Our stay was fabulous very spacious room and we had a comfortable stay the staff were very helpful from front office , F&B , housekeeping and spa the staffs were amazing . Mr Vishnu from front office was very helpful to guide us for the tourist spots around the city , Mr Justin and Pooja was very much interacting with the guest mainly they are keeping a good smile , from spa Mr Nitin was very much helpful to have us a good spa treatment and the foods were amazing very hot food and the ambiance is good overall the stay was fantastic 10 on 10 👌

Hotel is good. The breakfast was really good and delicious . However the dinner part was bit disappointing as the ordered chicken was not fresh. Total experience was good and the services were excellent .
