Hotel O by OYO Easy Stay Mysore

Really bad experience during the stay. They are providing only 1 towel for 2 adults, they say 1 towel for 1 room but they let out 1 room for 2 adults! Not only the towels, the AC doesn't have a remote to adjust the temperature, water is not proper, the room was having cigarate boxes, the water jug in the room smells nasty. I saw that the receptionist was not responding to a customer who asked right questions, very bad handling would rate this -5 out of +10 & I won't recommend this to my friends

Very bad experience. I booked an AC room in advance, but when I arrived, they said AC rooms were “full” and forced me to take a non-AC room. They gave no proper solution — just told me to stay or leave. The room had no proper ventilation, making it extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, the staff behavior was rude and unprofessional. Customer service is really poor — they don’t care about guests at all.

Terrible experience as they don't even provide drinking water facilities and staff are kind of rude.

It is first of all not nearest to the railway station. It is 7 km away from the city. The stay does not have lift only stairs. Highly avoid these rooms for the family. Oyo is boosting the rating for this and suggesting that this is the best room but not at all. The payment you pay is not worthwhile. There is a bar below the room. So it may be useful those who seek them.
