Very disappointing experience – poor hospitality and no consideration for guest safety I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I arrived at around 2:45 AM, alone with my 2-year-old son, and instead of prioritizing the safety and comfort of a female guest traveling alone with a small child, I was initially not even allowed to enter the hotel. I was left standing outside on the main road in the middle of the night, which was extremely uncomfortable and concerning. I expected at least basic courtesy and consideration in such a situation. What made the experience worse was the confusion regarding checkout. When I booked the room, I specifically asked about a late checkout around 2 PM, and the person/customer care representative who handled my booking confirmed that it would be possible. However, after I checked in, I was repeatedly told that I needed to check out by 11 AM and was asked to leave immediately. I understand that hotels have their policies, but the way the situation was handled was very disappointing. There was no flexibility, empathy, or concern for the fact that I was a woman traveling alone with a 2-year-old child.and there were hell lot of cockroaches in that room. It honestly felt like the focus was only on collecting the money rather than providing basic hospitality and ensuring a guest’s safety and comfort. I would strongly recommend that the management train their staff to handle situations involving guests arriving late at night, especially women traveling alone with children, with more understanding and responsibility. Overall: Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel based on how my situation was handled.

Visited on December 2015. I have stayed in diferenr places around the world, and undoubtedly this is the worst !! |Our room bathroom had false ceiling on top which had a big hole and we could actually see the top floor bathroom through that hole. We got another room when we complained about this, and the second room was equally horrible. The bathroom in this room had urine on toilet seat, hair and stains in the drain and the room floor had rubbish. We again complained and they have the suite room to us. Honeslty, I feel sorry for those who spent INR5000 for that room because there was used empty shampoo packets in the toilet (yes, in the suite room) and the bathroom again had hair and stains in the drain. The room was relatively fine, hence we atayed in the room, but never hadhe courage into the toilet. I dont know if they even understand the meaning of the word room before they give the room to a new guest. ||The hotel is actually good with good interior but the poor unstrained staffs and terrrible management has destroyed the hotel !|Avoid this at any cost !!

There was no room service available, and the hotel has no parking facility, which was never made clear before booking. To make matters worse, there is a liquor shop right next to the hotel, making it unsuitable for families. The biggest issue was at check-in. I booked through Booking.com, where it clearly stated that my child’s stay was free. However, the reception staff insisted on charging extra for my child and demanded additional payment, despite the booking terms. This created unnecessary stress and wasted time. The staff were unhelpful in resolving the issue, and the overall experience was far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families.

I had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience at this hotel. From the moment we checked in, the overall service and hospitality were far below expectations. The room was not clean at all, and the hygiene standards were extremely poor. The bathroom was in a terrible condition and not properly cleaned, which was very uncomfortable and unacceptable. It was one of the worst aspects of the stay. Even the bed was not properly maintained — the bedsheets and pillows had visible stains, which clearly showed a lack of basic cleanliness and care. I had specifically booked an AC room through the OYO app, but the AC was not working. Despite informing the staff about the issue, no proper action was taken to fix it or offer an alternative solution. It was very frustrating to pay for an AC room and not receive what was promised. The worst part of the experience was the behavior of the reception staff. During checkout, when we politely asked about extending our stay and were ready to pay the amount they were asking, the staff behaved very rudely. Their attitude was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely lacking basic customer service etiquette. Instead of assisting us properly, they made the situation uncomfortable with their rude behavior. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, service quality, and staff attitude were highly disappointing. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

For family it's worst, it doesn't feel like a hotel. No one cares. Very old and unhygienic rooms, water was not coming in toilet shower, toilet was flooding. Cleaning staff were less. Tooth paste, soap, shampoo were not provided properly only one time soap was provideedimox soap. Below there is a bar and I don't feel it as a secure place.
