Raj Residency mysuru

Initially i booked through Agoda app but when I reached there they suddenly told they don't have tie up agoda and they denied the amount mentioned in the Agoda app...even after reaching the location the price was showing higher... The room is not clean and lots of cockroaches are there.. the staff refused to give one extra pillow for kid... They did not provide anything like water bottle and towels extra...only they will give one small medimix soap. Toilet gun is not working properly... Toilet and room mats is not there and lots of mosquitos... Pegions are disturbing complete night... You can prefer this hotel for solo or bachelor people but not for family or couples. The reception is very rude

Wost experience room is not clean and the facility is not good staff are roudy behaved It is not worth and even it is not suitable with one star rating i would like to give it a 0.1 star rating the tv was not working when went to get help they refused to help us the switchs are sticking to use and room when we entered were stinking when we entered after requesting alot they came in and sprayed one just one spray of perfume the washroom weren't clean before and even when asked them they didn't clean it they told the wifi is free and accessalbe but when we came here they told it's not for the guest. The worst hotel that I would recommend in Mysore.

I booked a room for 11 members I thought it would be good amount to him but I thought we vl get good service but I didn't like the way the behaviour in reception actually here there is no proper network I asked for wifi password he refused to say and I dnt know y ? In all hotels it's mandatory to use wifi I hope from next time I choose another residency

The staff here do not know how to treat guests with respect. Do not buy food from them under any circumstances. It was bought at a rate that is nowhere to be found. 25 rupees was charged for just one chapati which is not so much even in Star Hotel. Poor dealings are the room average I would say
