Hotel denied check-in when we reached hotel. Really pathetic service. I have booked a room prior through OYO and called hotel for confirmation and they garanteed its confirmed. But when I reach there they denied check-in telling rooms are not available. Half an hour before reaching hotel too i have called Hotel and OYO for confirmation and they told it's confirmed and i don't have to worry about that. But when I reached there for check-in they telling it's not available. A room which I have booked prior is not available! What is this? I contacted OYO regarding this and they told they will give alternate hotel and they suggested me a hotel which is 127km away from this hotel. Are you serious? Till night 10pm i waited there and then OYO is asking rooms by own as they can't help. It was heavy raining and night how i will go and search for a new hotel that too this time. Hotel people don't have any manners and worst service. I mean they room i already booked prior they give to someone else. And OYO service too pathetic, if rooms are not available then why taking bookings and sending confirmation message. Worst experience ever😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
