Regarding service provided, For 4 sharing room I got only 2 towels In total 2 rooms booked for 8 people but got only 4 towels. Don't know how the logic of towel sharing is been considered. Water bottles not kept in room in spite of advance booking, I was ready to pay but not in stock. AC remote was not been provided, after argument got it but that too not working.
