They have provided one big AC room for 10 people with 7 single beds. Budget friendly lodge. Stayed here with friends for a nap after a long drive so we are not bothered about amenities here.

We were 6 adults. The room was very spacious but service was very poor. AC leakage, dirty bathroom, no luggage assistance no room service but they mentioned that they have the same upon c/in. Little far away from the Main Temple. Apart from the room size every else was not up to the mark.

Nearest to the Murudeshwar Temple and beach. Parking facility is available. Rooms are not great,just ok to stay for a night. Service is also average. Price was reasonable but not worth of rooms and facilities. Rooms and bathrooms and other facilities are below average.

The rooms here are very well maintained . And the rooms are very big enough to have comfortable stay . Far better than so many other Rooms at murdeshwara in the price ranging of 600-1500. but the person here plays a game by telling a high price. You need to negotiate with him.

All the good reviews here you see are mostly on unseasonal holidays. I booked one room for December 25th at 1500 inr in November itself. But when I reached hotel on 25th December this hotel owner Laxman Naik saying there are no room available for you. Such an irresponsible answer you get. The reason for this was festival holiday season and they increased the hotel prices per night to 5k where as I booked it for 1500. After an hour of continues phone call to him, he arranged one small room for 3k at 2km far away from temple. Me and my family were standing at roadside for an hour to get new room.

Third class Lodge. Please never visit this Lodge for staying at Murudeshwara. Cz we had worst experience here. Before check in only received there money from us. And the rooms are not cleanly maintained. Double bed choosing Rs.800/- which there room quality we can give Rs 50/- that much of Dust, Smelly and Noisy rooms. Fu**ing fellows are not providing Hot water, have y ever seen a lodge not giving Hot water bath. This is the name.. Priticia Residency. They don't have commonsense to provide Atlas Drinking water bottle, Soaps and Shampoo/Paste They are saying it's Deluxe Lodge and kept third grade Fan in room. Room looks and feel like it is Never cleaned, Please don't visit this even they wanted to give at Free... Its my personal opinion.. I want give negative ratings but it's not available..So given 1 star..

Read it carefully, It's specially those who are planning to stay in Murudeshwara. As soon as you enter the temple road you can encounter this Patricia lodge on your left. Guys, I strongly recommend you not to go to this lodging. Bcoz, the worst lodge I ever seen in my life. I visited on 29/6/2019 to this lodge. They showed me a good ground floor room with AC. So I accepted to pay 1300rs for 12hrs. But after payment they had given me room in 2nd floor and when I asked ground floor room they said it's already booked. AC was working for name sake no cooling at 16% and no remote for it. Only few free channels were accessible on TV. We couldn't take bath one on another bcoz bathroom water drainage was blocked. There was a irritating tap water leakage sound which destroyed my whole night sleep. In addition to that, mosquito sound. Moreover, no soap, no towel, no extra pillows and they were not bothered when we raised the issue. We checked out the room 45minute late. They charged 500rs for it. Since, I paid extra during initial payment, I couldn't do anything and the lodge people were rude and rediculous. So guys this worst Patricia lodge is not meant for family stay. Be carefull. Deserves lower than single star. Thank you.

Had a good stay here after I had a long drive...nice ambience... Peacefully... just loved the stay.. pocket friendly... Affordable price...
