nisarg residency

This year in March, we, a family of 4 adults + 1 kid decided to lodge in this hotel. I was told that years back, the hotel used to be nice. But the moment we reached here, it seemed to feel like a mistake. There was no water in the bathroom, when we actually needed. Forget about facilities of geyser or hot water. On repeated requests too, nobody seemed to look as to why the water did not run in their bathroom taps. Finally late in the evening, after desperate attempts to getting the issue fixed.. the water did come but with all the dirt, mud and hair.... I really mean a bunch of hair all d time... so that's with the hygiene part, before that we had decided to eat food from the hotel as we were hungry waiting but this episode definitely changed our minds... really worth going here if you are looking for a creepy or gross stay....

Extremely disappointing experience at Nisarga Residency, Murdeshwar. We have been loyal guests, staying here every time we visit, but this time we were treated rudely and unfairly. When we arrived around 1:30 PM and inquired about the rooms, the receptionist behaved arrogantly. One of us was carrying a guitar, and he rudely assumed we would disturb other guests, even though we assured him otherwise and even offered to leave the guitar at the reception. Instead of being accommodating, he outright refused to let us stay and told us to find another place. This was very hurtful, especially as we had just arrived and had no other arrangements. Such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable. We will never recommend this place to anyone. If you’re looking for hospitality, avoid Nisarga Residency.

Worst place to stay!! This is age old property with attached Janata bar. The moment you enter, it stinks.. they charge INR 2300 per day..this hotel is not worth INR 23 !!

Nisarga is one of the the hotel that's very near to bus stand and within 5 minutes walk we will reach murudeshwar temple. Receptionist brother is a humble person who conversed with me even before I reached the hotel till I reached my train safe or not. Regarding rooms, I booked non ac double bed and I am satisfied with the cleanliness and bathroom is also cleaned properly. They have their own restaurant, and I have order their spl dish as well. Food Rates are cheap and did not compromise the hygiene and taste.

Other than location nothing is good. It is a cheap hotel but due to the seasonal time like the new year the price is higher 3500 for an AC room .In MMT it's shown 1500 in normal time.
