Treebo Alaka Rester Homestay

Don't recommend this facility The staff especially Mr Shuaib was extremely rude which we have never experienced in any of our stays in the last 20 years. Location is too much inside with narrow roads. They didn't provide toiletries and we could not close the doors from inside properly. Complimentary food provided was also below satisfactory. No air conditioning provided as stated in the booking sites for which the facility is not taking responsibility.

Though I could find positive comments I had terrible experience with the current room boy/ staff and presume good comments mentioned pertains to the earlier staff About the room: fan was either too low speed or high. Not able to lock room from inside. Staff was not helping to sort any issues but instead raised vague comment stating "it's like that only".

Why I am giving 5 stars? This is a budget friendly homestay. The location is situated in a place where there are not much vehicle sound. Rooms are maintained very clean. The person who takes care of this property is Suhaib. He ensures all the guests are taken care properly. He responds to our requests quickly. I would recommend this place as it is better for the price we are paying.

too good for price i paid. very calm residential area that too easily accessible. rooms and bathroom were very clean. good homely breakfast. amazing host, always available for any query, thank you for everything.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my family. Going by the excellent reviews online I expected this place to be clean and much to my surprise it was anything but clean. The bathroom was wet, the extra bed we had asked for had muddy bed cover and the fan was not working at the best capacity(either too slow or too fast). The bed was of hopeless quality. When I requested a better one they said they don't have an extra one. Breakfast was below par with slow service. When I spoke to the owner to accommodate my request for 15 mins early breakfast she was rude. Also, the second day when we requested for room to be cleaned, the room keys were put on the lock and no staff was there around. All our luggage was inside and I found it extremely unsafe. When we opened we saw most things were cleaned but the food parcel boxes were left unattended and not cleared. All and all pathetic experience and not at all value for money.

Very nice stay, room was well maintained and cleaned.. Food was also good.. enjoyed the stay.

It is budget friendly, has nice ambiance within this range, has friendly staff too, Shoaib guides us well for those who doesn’t know much about local information

Nice and clean rooms. Little far from town centre but that's a quite place for family to stay.
