Nice homely place with good breakfast and coffee. They are very helpful indeed. The property is situated in a big area with lots of plantation including coffee plants.

Very good. Resort is of their own and they are maintaining it well. Good breakfast 😋, lot of trees, variety of plants/flowers. Madhappa is well behaved and walked us through the resort and shown different plants, which is best part👍. Rooms are big & good ventilation. Only thing disappointed is that they did not clean rooms on second day of the stay which should be taken care, especially when families are coming.

I booked via booking.com and it said Pay at property CONFIRMED reservation. As soon as i booked, within the next 24 hours I got some 50 mesages from TREEBO who manages this booking saying PAY NOW OR WE CANCEL. They absolutely SPAMMED me. Booking.com said I shiuldnt pay in advance as my booking was confimed and its PAY at property. Finally TREEBO cancelled my booking. ABSOLUTELY STRESSFUL. Dont book this. The owners may be nice people but the ones who managed their booking i.e TREEBO are totally unprofessional spammers.

Amazing location, nestled in the midst of a coffee plantation. Nice jungle walk close by. Fantastic hospitality, hosts treat us like family. Taking out for walks and helping every way possible. Good breakfast too. Hot water available in bathrooms. However the beds are quiet dingy with heavy dust and cockroaches roaming around. If you are allergic to dust mites or have asthma this place is not for you.

Cons : very basic room in 1500 per day and no toiletries like towel or soap is provided. Pros : Room os basic but very clean, location is very good, Property is big, one can have bird watch and lil forest walk in Property. Breakfast is complimentary , they provide home made tasty coorg food. Vitthal uncle , the host is very kind, polite, and welcoming...he makes sure you are satisfied with service, he is always concerned if you had proper breakfast and is very helpful with the itenary. It was an amazing and homely stay :)

We booked this with the hope of getting a valley view. It didn't stick, and the rooms were way too big than described. There is not enough description of the place. Very little amenities.

Very nice homestay in coffee estate. Homely atmosphere and very good breakfast especially poori and idlis with coffee is great 👍. These are old cottages outside the town and some times you may need to adjust. It may be rainy till December and October till December will be the good time to visit. If you want to stay outside the town with coffee plantation in view, this is a good place to stay and enjoy with kids. I appreciate thier hospitality and helping nature.
