Comfort Zone

I booked this property through MakeMyTrip’s Exclusive Selection, expecting a good experience, but it turned out to be the worst stay. The room was extremely unhygienic with cockroaches, snails, and even leeches inside. The internet was not working, and when I raised these issues, the staff was rude and shouted at me instead of helping. Shockingly, they even told me I should have booked Lalitha Mahal instead of their property.

The property is very beautiful. The market is also at a walkable distance. You will get very good views from this stay. Highly recommend. Rooms are spacious and clean. Owners are very friendly and cooperative.

We stayed here for one night. The rooms were large and spacious, featuring a well-equipped kitchen with utensils, an electric kettle, a gas stove, and a refrigerator, all thoughtfully arranged for guests. We included breakfast and dinner in our package. While the stay was reasonably priced considering the basic amenities, the cost of dinner was a bit high. For breakfast, we were served dosa with potato curry, which seemed an odd combination without chutney. It appeared that the curry was served with poori for other guests... 😀 Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor quirks.

We had a wonderful time at the this Homestay. The property is located amidst the city. The rooms were spacious, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The hosts were kind and added a personal touch to the experience. loved exploring the property and their plant collection. We would definitely recommend the Homestay to families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. It is a great place to connect with nature and learn about plants."

Definitely not a comfort zone. Miscommunication to the maximum. This place looks like something I’d draw with my left hand. This place looks autistic. This place burns my eyes as if god vomitted on my eyes. The management and the owner have the worst communication skills. They misplaced our group totally. They had no intention of giving us a hospitable environment to at least relax for a bit. They sent us the pictures of places which look nothing like the rooms when we went there. He just sent us different pictures of different places and said that it is the picture of a single place. We booked a month ago and didn’t mention a thing about the place being a kilometre apart. We went there 6 hours after our said check-in time and there was no concern from them for our delayed check-in. We were left standing in the rain. You could rather drink cow’s piss with dog’s blood than choosing the Comfort Zone’s management skills, communication and hospitality. I feel sorry for their sons and daughters.

Pleasant and comfortable stay with all the facilities. An excellent hotel and totally worth the price. We had good stay for 2 nights. And owner is very kind to us..❤😻

We stayed last year one day in this budget friendly property, very near to the city center and easily located. Nice room, very neat with a kitchen along with cooking facilities. The location is serene and peaceful. The owner stays on the ground floor with pet dogs that sometimes are scary. The balcony is decorated with flowering plants and has beautiful sitting arrangements. We enjoyed staying there.
