I would give negative rating for this place. No hot water. No ventilation in the washroom. When we complaint the service guys are not responsive. They did tell you can post your review.

Bad experience! We booked a room for 1 day and checked out 1.5 hours late. We informed the staff present there the previous night about this. But the guy who was at the desk in the morning says he was not informed of this and says we will be charged for 2 days! There was no reminder about check out from their end in the morning. When we argued, he asked us to pay 1.5 days. We refused and finally he relented. Very unethical staff. Also, the 2 mornings we were there, there was no hot water in the room. They threw away 5-6 buckets of water running the tap for hot water.

A compact hotel, that is helpful for business travellers to Kalaburagi (Gulbarga), being very close to Railway station. Also not too far away from bus stand. With businesses also not too far away in Supermarket area. Hotel has 18-20 Rooms, that are basic, but tidy, neat and clean, with AC. Being very compact on a small piece of land, cross ventilation could be a major issue in rooms located on one side of the hotel. Especially in non-AC rooms, in summers. Parking is limited to a maximum of 4-5 cars. There is no kitchen/ restaurant; food has to be ordered from nearby places, and options are plenty, if you venture out. There are prominent boards displaying instructions, that consumption of Liqour is prohibited in rooms, amongst others. So, the only choice again, is venturing out, and the options are PLENTY...! Staff are Prompt in their responses. Good place for overnight travelers, for whatever purpose, to Kalaburagi (Gulbarga)...

Genuine feedback with alternative options - Read fully I am going to describe in 2 parts. Part 1 - Room Part 2 - Bathroom Part 1 - Room (ok) - Compact for 2 persons. - Pleasant fragrance - Good lighting - Location - just 400m from kalburgi station (straight road) Part 2 - Bathroom(Below average) - Not clean - Flush was not working properly - They say 24hrs hot water but you have to waste 1 bucket of water to get hot water. Yes it takes time - Closet was not well maintained Conclusion - Better option is Hotel Mathura inn which is just 100m away from this city park. - City park - Not worth

Nice . One thing I have to say first is that this hotel maintaining good sanitation. I love it so much. And the speciality is that this can be usually attracted in public. The staff sitting inside is good very nice behavior. I love the service they provide here. Keep it up..... Thank you

Was here for 01 night on 16th Nov 2015 using one non a.c room ( G-5) and one a.c Room (no.303). This booking was done by my travel agent ( indusjourney.org), enjoyed a lot. Excellent services. Lift service, hot water, and excellent inner parking. For the moment they are working on Wifi services and Restaurant. Even they don't have restaurant now, they have room service. I enjoyed my stay and sightseeing through my agent ( indusjourney.org).
