Hotel Grand Inn Jamkhandi

The hotel provides good food, but the service is the worst. They charge more than the menu price, and when ordering a parcel, they give less quantity and some items are missing… This has happened to me not just once or twice, but more than five times. It seems like they are committing fraud.

They charge ₹1400 for a non-AC single occupancy room. The rooms are okay but not great, and there’s no hot water, even when it’s raining. They advertise a complimentary buffet breakfast, but it’s actually à la carte with limited options like puri, sandwich, or paratha. They placed a water bottle on the table without offering regular water, and after it was opened, they informed me that it was chargeable. I agreed, but they charged more than the GST, which is not acceptable. When I questioned this, they told me to complain if I wanted, saying they pay the GST to the government. Charging more than the MRP is both unethical and against the law.

Be careful with the food bill. They will charge more than menu card and. They will add twice GST when you order the food at room. Once in bill and again in final bill. Morning brakefast only north Indian...small town room are ok..

Restaurant people using very worst language For stay is very good,dont take food from restaurant they dont know talking manners with customers i suggest better took food from outside, Worst experience,don't go there,staff has a bad attitude,and the bill they gave to us was more ,added items that we never ordered,taste was so bad that we can't even finish the full food,and there was no response of the manager

Not up to mark... Avoid day time food.. Butter items means throat infection on nxt day... (it happened me 2 times aftr eating butter roti)..

Take away experience: Not so impressed about the main courses in veg. (Veg Kholapuri) Jeera rice served with normal rice,(No Basamati rice)Quantity is less & Gravy was pathetic. Very expensive!! We get better tasty food @jkd for a lesser price range.
