Unicorn Home Stay

This resort is absolutely wonderful and very close to the beach, which made our stay even more special. The staff were extremely kind and humble, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and felt completely relaxed. we would definitely love to visit again and recommend it to others.

Good homestay which is nearer to kudle beach just 100 mtrs.. rooms are very good. And room has tv and kettle and hot water facilities… no restrictions on Beach Sand when you enter the property after enjoying in beach.. Maintenance staff Pratap is very much friendly and cooperative and always available over a call. Property Owner Atul is friendly too. Always asking if we need something or anything missing. He makes sure we dont regret the stay.. this review is coming after staying for 6 days…. This Stay has packages if u want to enjoy the adventure activities such as banana ride, parasailing etc.. dont have to get scammed near the beach. Just ask property owner to Include these in Room Package..

Hugely disappointing! Room filthy on arrival,(pre-booked online) bathroom disgusting. Sink hadn’t been touched and was dirty, sticky and unusable! Had to ask twice to have it cleaned…ineffectively “clean”. Couldn’t stay there, too dirty, so in desperation took a room at Relaxsea resort next door! Cannot recommend, impossibly low standards, if any at all.
