Worst service by staff. This hotel is modified but it's not maintained well. Booked AC suit room for single person, they charged me for 3 star catagory price but no complementary water, if we ready to pay them also no packaging water. No wifi No complementary water No tea/Coffee makers No power backup if power gone(In my stay 3 hours no Power, they didn't turn on DG) No intercom No room service No parking Below are my horrible experience in my stay 1. Found bed bugs in my AC suit room, then shifted to another room 2. At the time of booking they took full payment including GST, but in check out time they asked extra money to provide bill, i refused to give extra money, but they didn't give bill. Then why you took GST amount??... Seriously in this regard I am going to complain in GST portal 3. No room service. I took towels and soaps from Reception Finally, my question is why you people charges for 3 star catagory range of hotel, do you really know, what is 3 star service? I am the business traveler. 15 days/month is my hotel stay....BUT THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL IN MY EXPERIENCE.. NOT NOT NOT RECOMMEND TO ALL..

Very tasty and yummy food at Davangere. Maintaining hygiene also. Highly recommend this part for vegetarian food. Don't miss the tomato bath. The show stopper

Unhealthy & mannersless behaviour from receptionist especially from "Mahantesh", he asks extra money for providing bill receipt and if u pay extra amount by mistake and wants it back by then Mahantesh keeps arguing with u irrespective of ur age by using non professional words Unhygienic atmosphere and dirty washrooms Rooms are small and uncomfortable on first floor and on second floor noise comes on so often Water is inflected so be careful while taking bath else u will get skin allergies Bedsheets are so unhygienic that even small touch gives u itching

Very bad hotel.... very poor gesture from staff and receptionist...room boy was already drunken and smelling bad not responding properly....and they don't have...all staffs have big boss attitude.! 1. wifi 2.drinking water bottle 3.towels ( they gave after 1hour later) 4.plates 5.hot water 6.very poor maintainance 7. There is no shower also Please don't visit here very bad experience
