Room looks good. Toilets also clean. But the towels provided was stained on request for a new one they said only available next day. So limited towels and bedsheets. Broken locks. Main lock broken. Toilet doesnot have a lock inside No reserved parking for the hotel. You may be charged high if your cheout time exceeds the mentioned. It's mentioned couple friendly and is maintained such. So not recommended for family

Our experience at this hotel was below average. The pictures online were misleading — they show what looks like a parking area, but there is actually no parking facility. We had to park our vehicle on the roadside, which was quite inconvenient. The cleanliness of the room was very poor. The bedsheets were dirty, with hair, dust, and stains. Even after requesting a change, the replacement bedsheets were also not clean. The floor was dusty and clearly not cleaned properly. The room size was manageable but not spacious. The only decent part of the stay was the clean bathroom and availability of hot water. Unfortunately, the complimentary breakfast was disappointing — cold, tasteless poori bhaji that felt like it had been sitting out for hours. Overall, this is not a place I would recommend for couples or families. At best, it might be tolerable for bachelors who aren’t particular about hygiene or comfort. Definitely not worth the price charged.

This is the worst hotel in chikmangulur. Think twice if you are booking this hotel not recommended at all. Recently we booked 2 rooms in treebo and after check in room smells dirty and no proper locks. Staff not responded properly and when we asked for bath towels they said we are out of stock. Bed sheets filled with blood marks and dirty smell and we immediately complained to treebo customer care. At last treebo customer given alternate hotel at midnight 11pm

Though it's a small place, it’s well-maintained and comes equipped with all the essential amenities you’d expect for a short stay. The cleanliness really stood out to me—it’s clear that the staff puts effort into keeping the rooms tidy and welcoming. However, the only downside is the lack of parking facilities, which can be inconvenient if you're traveling by car. Aside from that, it’s a great option for a budget-friendly and hassle-free stay.

New manager has come from Nepal he is such a kind person who tends to help He helped us many a times he is the sole caretaker and all rooms were clean and I would say it was one of my best stay It's not made up review if you want to check then visit it

Go ahead and book this hotel if you want experience like I had - I booked this hotel for two days just to ensure that I got an early check-in as I was reaching Chikmagalur early in the morning at 4:15AM, even though I was staying there just for a night. After reaching the hotel at 4:30AM there was no one at the reception. Also, I noticed that almost all the rooms were open even though no one was there (Interesting fact - Treebo executive told me while booking that all the rooms are booked and just one room is left which is why they can't provide me early check-in as earlier guests are there. Which was a straightaway lie.) I contacted the number written at the reception desk - it was switched off. Then I checked both the floors of the hotel - I found no one. Then I contacted another phone number of this hotel at least 6-7 times, it was ringing but no one picked the phone. Then finally I contacted the Treebo helpline, after a 10-15 minutes call they told me that a person (caretaker of this hotel) is reaching there in 5 minutes. I waited again for 15 more minutes but no one came. Then I contacted the same helpline again which lasted for 40-45 minutes. I came to know that they also were not able to reach this hotel's caretaker or manager. Then Treebo offered me another hotel which was around 5km from this hotel. I eventually left and went to that another hotel by taking an auto. It wasted more than 1.5 hours doing all these things.

I visited this hotel in Chikmagalur and faced discrimination while being served food. This experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. Everyone deserves equal respect and service, regardless of who they are. I believe it’s important to bring such issues to light so that no one else has to go through this. I hope the management takes steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Discrimination in any form is against basic human values.

Pros: Very good service... Bathrooms were clean ..The shower head was clean. The room was ok..budget friendly..as we went at night and checked out in the morning, it was ok... Customer service was really good..very caring and friendly too... Cons: pictures are misleading...some of the amenities like toiletries were missing including brush, paste, soap, ... It's kind of a lodge ..no parking space too ..we parked on the road...
