We went for a trip to Chikmagalur and stayed in this residency in September end of 2023. They charged 4000 rupees per day for the kind of room you can see in the photos I have shared. Even on the next day they were demanding 1k more. Service was also bad. Also no proper drinking water arrangements.

Pathetic service. Cockroaches all around and insects singing "aami je tomar" in the night. The room had been cleaned last after inauguration and never again. Biggest reget staying here.

The hotel is located conveniently located with several restaurants and shopping options close. The rooms are overpriced for their lack of amenities. The heater didn't work properly and hot water wasn't available. The room had only one functional light. No toiletries and towels were given. To summarize my overall experience, better options are available for the same price range.

One of the best places to stay with your friends. Located in city with many restaurants nearby. Service was the best. Hotel owner Ali was very well spoken, friendly and polite. Rooms are clean and they don't leave you unhappy. They try to deliver the items you ask for as quick as possible.

Excellent value for money. We hired a room with six bed, AC and two toilets. It proved very convenient for us. The owner Mr Ali is a very helpful person. He gave us a good itinerary also for our visit.

Nice rooms, friendly attenders, hot water available always. If power goes, they have generator backup. Neat and we'll maintained rooms. Comfortable and sound sleep. You can order for breakfast. They get a fantastic tea and coffee.. not to be missed that one. Big reception area to read morning newspaper n lazy around. You do have WiFi too.

Extremely pathetic condition of the room. No proper supply of drink water, no room service. Washroom was also damage and unhygienic. Full of cockroaches in the night. Unfortunately we had to stay for a night as we didn't have any option at the last moment. Will never recommend this property to anyone.
