The Grand Kubera Palace

This is most worst and pathetic hotel available. Not only are they overpricing thier rooms but also not even the basic requirements are given like water bottle towels, shower gel etc. They have the worst service and the bathroom is not nice at all. I want particularly rise this issue that we had to wait for more than 1 hr in the morning for hot water and if we complained about it, they gave us the most pathetic excuse that as all the hotel rooms are using hot water, it is over. Very very worst hotel ever seen. We even had to ask for AC remote as they didn't provide it in the room.

Best place for a short stay in the travellers city. Its a comfortable location for travel people to visit the Mulayangiri peak and Bababudhanagiri and waterfalls in this direction. Parking and hot water are there. Rooms are fresh with bedsheets and towels. Rrnt is i think seasonal.

We had a bad experience here recently, they don’t have basic services at all. Worst water like mud water coming from tap. No towels and no cleaned rooms no hot water.. overpriced.

One of most disgusting, irresponsible, pathetic, worst hotel which I had experienced in my whole life. For 30 rooms only one person for service. They r not providing basic things at room. If we park the vehicle inside we should only take the vehicle and park aside and make room to other vehicles to go. If we need to take the vehicle we need to wait for the other person to come and take back the vehicle. No glass at the room, bathroom r not cleaned bedsheet also not cleaned. Receptionist behaves like owner itself. Never ever go to this hotel or never book online also. Worst

I had OKish experience here. Details below - Pros- 1. Great location. 2. Guy at reception is helpful. Cons- 1. Hot water comes only from 3am to 11am. If you want to bathe later, you are have to shiver!! 2. They have parking space at ground floor with Last in First out design. So if you have parked your car first and you have to leave early, people would be called early in their sleep and asked to take out the car and then only your car can come out. 3. Complimentary water bottle is given only 1, even if there are 2 guests. Rest bottles are charged. 4. Bathroom was though clean but had stains on wall. Even the bucket and mug had stains. 5. Your rooms will not be cleaned when you are away roaming around.

Worst ever hotel experience I've ever had. The hotel staff are definitely not welcoming. The rooms weren't even cleaned after the last customer has left. The staff answered lethargically to the complaints raised. Towels and the toiletries were not provided. Even water was not provided for drinking.TV was not in working condition. Even toilet was not cleaned after the last customer use. The photos were taken when I checked into the hotel.
