NillIt was pretty decent enough for the price we paid. However, there is no room service done but still they never deny if we need some stuff from outside, we need to pay them extra it's again your choice nobody will ask for it. Also, breakfast is not served to your room, you should collect a coupon for the meal at the reception and take a walk for up to 5 mts to get breakfast, it is tasty and simple. You can expect a bit of a crowd here because people will be heading for breakfast too early, so you might feel irritated to wait for the table. It's a budget friendly stay!!

NillRooms are good, 24/7 hot water, power backup but there is "no ventilation". You can't open the windows because honeybees will enter the room. Honeybees can enter even from the door gaps. There is no in-house restaurant so there is no service. Location is the only advantage. Book this hotel only if you are going to spend the day sightseeing.

NillVery bad hotel. Management is waste. Both make my trip and the hotel manager is tied to gain more money from visitors. They would say your room booking is not confirmed and would suggest to adjust in other rooms at high cost by lying that all other rooms are occupied. Also this failed booking status would be given by them at the time of check in and the both Make my trip as well as hotel manager would say then can refund the amount knowing that you won't agree to go to some other place in such limited time. Overall, very bad coordination between Make my trip and this Hotel manager. They have thought of this room allotment to be a business making stuff by giving rooms for whopping 8k(minimum) per night.

NillVery very bad experience. Worst!!! Hotel management has denied my pre-paid check-in just one day before. Booking with full payment was done 1 month before. Hotel has given the rooms i have booked to new walk-in customers at higher prices. Now hotel management is not even picking MMT calls. don’t ever book this property mostly on long weekends MK Arcade is not reliable. 1 star rating is also a waste here

NillGood Hotel with clean and neat rooms. Good and polite well mannered receptionist and helper. In season times, advanced booking is needed here. The hot water facility and television facility are superb. Nearby restaurants are also available here. Outside the open car parking facility is there.

★Pros:||Well located hotel at the end of RG road||Very clean and well maintained||||Cons||This is a long list||1. One is expected to go all the way down to the reception lobby, fill water and get to one's room, they don't do get you water unless you order mineral water (in addition to the 2 tiny complimentary bottles daily).||2. There is no in-house restaurant although the board on top says hotel with veg restaurant||3. They give you a coupon for Rs. 60 per head which can be utilized in a nearby canteen, the food is good, but very limited options||4. Very poor in service, have to remind them n number of times to clean the room, again remind to change towels and again remind to keep soap/shampoo||5. A young boy who is doing his first year bachelors in business administration (the owner's son) is extremely sharp and very fast in talking, but one finds him to be equally arrogant, although he does fulfill the requests, but ask him for anything like change of room or anything, he will say it will cost extra, always finding a way to charge one more and more||6. Rates fluctuate widely based in demand and supply, not marginally||7. No car parking inside the hotel, one has to park in the road either opposite side or near side every alternate day||8. We had booked for 3 persons and given to understand that there will be a cot/bed for the third person, however, they put a mattress on the floor and gave bedsheet and spread, it annoyed the third person very much. They did have a room with three bed cot, when we asked for it, he wanted to charge extra.||9. TV channels have ONLY free to air channels, not a single paid channel||10. Wifi was not working

Nill➡️ We stayed here for 3 nights. ➡️ Rooms looks clean and good. ➡️ 24 hrs hot water supply available. ➡️ Checkout time will be 11:00AM. ➡️ Staff response also good.

NillWorst experience we can't even sleep properly in these beds, the management suggests and they will let us take non AC rooms to fill it, just comparing the climate, but nothing works properly, it's so humid inside the rooms, no power backups. Yak experience.
