OYO 12162 New S K Regency

One of the worst OYO hotels ever been to, we were trying to book 2 rooms for 6 members and OYO by default arranged us two classic rooms. Though it was a mistake we missed to check these stuff properly. When we reached the hotel the rooms were too congested for 3 members rather it was meant for 2 people. They said they would arrange third mattress on the floor. Not even the water bottles or toiletries were provided. With their late responses we were constantly adjusting with whatever we had.

Good place to stay. Nice rooms with well behaved n beautiful staff😋 Pre ask for things like ac remote, tv remote so that they will give u at one shot. Do remember to keep the window mesh on if ur smoking inside the room or the mosquitoes are for sure. Do book the rooms online for better price and also the breakfast.

Cleanliness is at it's par..need to focus on cleaning by the owner 😔

Rooms are not clean and not provided basic amenities like towels, drinking water and soap etc.

Please don't book this hotel at last moment if somebody is giving more more money they will cancel yours and sell for more price. Greedy people

Hotel is not good heater is not working bed sheet they give used .all so charge one day rs 2800 we never stay again in this hotel
