Very rundown place. They were not ready to provide basic essential things , like towel, soap hand wash, and such. They don't provide water either. Their washroom was very bad and smelled horrible. The ventilation was also bad.

Only lodging facility available. No lift facility. One has to carry the luggage to the room situated at 1st and 2nd floor.

Room were very clean and Hot water facility was there. Good option near KSRTC Bus stand.

Ok For short stay. In case of room service they have to improve. No drinking water facility is there . You have to purchase every time from outside. During our stays water supply also stopped for about 5 hours due to some mechanical fault. Room is good and well equipped . Location is also good. Near to bus stand.

Stayed here for two days (Room No 202), pretty nice experience. Staff was very friendly and cooperative. Good and worthy room. Will be available for 1000/night in non weekend days. Facilities in the room:- ● AC (but not functional) ● Fridge (was dirty and not working) ● Ambient lighting ● TV (no major channels) ● Nice cupboard ● Water heating for bathroom -Disadvantages:- ● Some lights were not working ● Fan works only on 5 and 1 speed (no 2,3,4) ● Bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty (only pillow cover changed after I told them) Overall worthy for 1000

Rooms are exceptions but the staff do not behavior well. There were only two guys in the hotel who was handling reception, housekeeping and services. It is a four floor building and its very compact They don't have lift/elevator Had to move to two different room because washroom was stinking very bad

Pathetic service ,after payment(1700/- per day) made they never turn back for anything,they don't even keep towel,soap, water & there is no intercom for room service, they took full payment initially & the room was not neat & tidy there were cockroaches, & bed clothes were very dirty. I would suggest not to go for this lodge.

Room is clean. But there is no lift, if you get any room in fourth floor , your life will be difficult. There is no WiFi and bathroom is small. Above all, it's on top of a bar and staircase is narrow.
