The experience over here was really good. The staff were friendly even though sometimes we had hard times communication due to language. The room we booked had 2 beds ac and a clean private bathroom which we really liked. The breakfast was also super good. The room has great value

Just saw a video about your hotel from a fellow vlogger. Treat people like shit understand it will bite back in the long run. Felt sad for my friend that he has to go through denial of service, abuse, bullying from your own hotel staff. No matter what’s your reply going to be, what’s done is done.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay. The hotel fell short of expectations in several areas. The service was poor, with unhelpful staff, particularly at reception. There were frequent power outages and a lack of drinking water. The bedsheets and towels were unclean, and requests to change them were ignored. Despite booking details mentioning 2 hours of complementary checkout extension, the hotel owner refused to accommodate even a 30-minute extension, causing us to miss planned activities. The WiFi connection was also weak and unreliable. Overall, the experience was subpar, and it is not 3 star hotel.

The room was clean and excellent, providing a comfortable stay. The food was also quite good and enjoyable. However, the service could be improved — the reception was often unattended, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the AC main switch was turned off every time I left the room, so I had to request staff to turn it back on each time I returned, which was a bit of a hassle.

I just watched a video about your hotel, and I must say, you really need to either train your staff or replace them. Don’t they know the basic manners of how to treat customers? Also, make sure the rooms are properly cleaned after every checkout before assigning them to new guests.

The Hotel is Little good But 😤 Food items is Really Worst ! insects are in sauce.& dish wash steel tiny spring in panner biriyani and not giving an exact guide for unknown places for who visits to chikamangaluru please try any other Hotel For stay! u ur thinking to stay only fr good room u can but for hygiene food choose any other! r if u wish to get admit in hospital while planning fr Trip Go ahead Tq 😐
