Horrible experience, unclean rooms , washroom shower not working properly , bedsheet very dirty ? Tv not working , room bell was also not working , no proper ventilation one small window , there is hardly any staff , there is no one sitting in reception every time we have call staff as his number is displayed in reception desk. They told since very few guest we can’t serve the unlimited breakfast buffet, we got packet breakfast with dirty cutlery , when we asked for tea they told no tea available only coffee.imagine they don’t have tea in their hotel . Good for this locality. Spacious room with 2 king beds. All was ok. Lot of sunlight and ventilation. Could improve the bathroom accessories like taps and shower. They were leaking water. Also no floor mat for the bathroom.

Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we stepped into our room, we were greeted with a barrage of issues that made our stay unbearable. The toilets were dysfunctional, leaving us with no choice but to deal with the stench and filth. To add insult to injury, the TV refused to cooperate, leaving us without any form of entertainment during our stay. The lack of ventilation turned our room into a breeding ground for unpleasant odors, reminiscent of a rotting sock left out for weeks. It was nauseating and made our entire stay uncomfortable. Some lights in the room were out, casting a gloomy atmosphere that matched our mood perfectly. The air conditioning, which is a basic necessity, was non-functional, leaving us sweltering in the stifling heat. Furthermore, the hotel couldn't even provide a continuous water supply, leaving us parched and frustrated. We reported these issues to the staff, hoping for a resolution, but they seemed completely indifferent to our plight. Their lack of concern and action further highlighted their incompetence and disregard for their guests' well-being. We had expected a certain level of service and basic amenities when we booked our stay, but this hotel failed to deliver on every front. Our time and hard-earned money were wasted on this dismal excuse for accommodation. We strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere for a pleasant and comfortable experience. This establishment does not deserve your patronage, and we certainly won't be making the mistake of returning.

We had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. First of all, there was no proper ventilation in the room, making it feel stuffy and uncomfortable. The toilet flush didn't work at all, and that's just basic hygiene that should be expected in any hotel. To make matters worse, there was no continuous water supply. I had to constantly call the unresponsive and unhelpful hotel staff to address these issues, but they seemed disinterested and unwilling to provide any solutions. Overall, this was a truly disappointing and frustrating stay. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you value basic amenities and responsive staff.

This hotel is in a good location. The rooms are good, but the bathroom is not clean. Parking is a problem. Only 3-4 cars can be parked in the basement. The rest should be parked outside. Also there is a bar attached to this hotel. So family trips will not be helpful with this booking. It is okay if you are here only for a night.

Great location... Manager is a very good person.. Rooms need upgrade.. Toilets not clean at all.. The air conditioning fails but the manager was kind enough to give us another room.. There is no complimentary breakfast available here.... The kitchen is too slow.. Parking is on the road as the basement parking can hold only 4 cars. Overall an okay place for a small stay..

Feel pricey for the location. Compact rooms with no proper ventilation. Might be good stay for youngsters, but do not prefer with family. Hotel is on 1st floor and ground floor basement parking hardly for 3-4 cars with very limited space. In case full, then park it on streets on your own risk.
