The Porch Inn Hotel/Service Apartments.

We stayed at The Porch Inn Hotel for a month while traveling from Rwanda for my father's medical treatment. When searching for accommodation, I prioritised finding a clean, quit place close to the hospital and with easy access to shops. The porch Inn exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, i was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the warm welcome from the staff. Everyone was polite, professional, and ready to assist with any needs. Their receptionists are available 24/7, which added a great sense of convenience and reliability. A special thank you to Abu, who went above and beyond for us during our stay. His professionalism and support made a challenging time much easier to manage. I highly recommend the Porch Inn Hotel for anyone looking for excellent service and a comfortable stay.

Top Service and facility. The reception was Kind, courteous and Helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy. The food was nice, the Chef prepared it as requested. The staff was always prompt and polite. 5 star Service. Well Done Team Porch.

The showers did not have pressure for hot water in one of the apartments and the staff was kind to move us to another apartment. Washrooms are small in size. Friendly staff....Surah, Abu, Ziyafat and Harish were amazing

Excellent stay close to Lal Bagh Botanical garden. Neat and clean rooms. The rooms are spacious. The service is excellent. Nice place to stay for family. Underground parking available. Suraj and team service is excellent

Decent experience. We had a multi night stay. Keycards expire in 24hrs. Having to reenable them on arrive each night was a little inconvenient. But other than that all good.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my parents.It was a wonderful experience overall. The staffs were also really helpful and tried their best to accommodate our requests. I need to mention Rocky who helped us throughout our stay. I recommend this hotel to people looking for a budget friendly but good hotel. Only thing i would suggest is to provide bathroom slippers and change the towels everyday in the room.

Extremely pleased with our stay in The Porch Inn. Have been here before in other properties and probably this is the best here. Everyone in the property is extremely polite, friendly and good natured. The food, cleanliness, maintenance, everything is top notch and you will have nothing to complain about. Apartment styled rooms are a bonus here. We ended up extending our stay due to the good hospitality.

Unfortunately I had to stay at the hotel on 8 th and 11th November 2024. Was so disappointed to see the behaviour of the staff.. They are really a black spot on the hospitality sector.. There is no hospitality at all. You call the reception for anything and they don’t fail to disappoint you. Very few hotels have such exemplary rude staff .. In response to the business owners reply, about the breakfast obviously I hope u understand that people cannot be expected to wait for your breakfast till 8 am. 8 am is too late to serve breakfast . And u are not at all flexible in that timing making things difficult for the customer. About the food , the request was to parcel the food and if possible to store the food in a refrigerator . U did not even care to parcel the food. It is not an out of world request to ask to parcel the food I have paid for? You very arrogantly turn down minor requests making the guest feel as if they are a burden on you..
