Hotel service is very poor. AC was not working, Fan was noising, Too much mosquitoes inside room. If want any kind of help or towel, water, any service. They just said we'll send you but after one hour again we'll call them then they'll give you. Staff behavior was very rood. I asked bill they said after checkout you'll get bill copy. Now it's third day but I haven't receive any invoice from them. Too much mosquitoes inside room.

The rooms are just average. The location is good , next to the metro station. Parking facility will be a lil concern. Cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms are not great. No toiletries or towels provided. There is a in house restaurant with limited items. But the quality of the food is just ok only. Recommend only for a short period stay.

Had the worst experience ever. Staff was totally rude. I was told I can avail an early check in and early check out and they got me to check in to the hotel at 1 am and then asked me pay for 2 days if I wanna stay post 11 am. None of the ac in any of the rooms were working, bed sheets or towels were not clean and the bed was also of bad quality. When I raised my concern the manager started yelling . Their words are totally untrustworthy. If he had said it’s not possible I should have gone with another option.

Worst service ever. AC not working at all. No tea table in rooms,on bed you have to eat,where later u will sleep. No intercom nos to call reception,room service & all. They r asking full payment & 5* rating adv.So,u cannot change the hotel later. For 2 adults they are giving 500ml 1 bottle water only(doing fraud ). After request for 2 towels it will not come to u till check out. Totally USELESS & WORST hotel.

I stayed here for 1 night and the experience was terrible. Below are few of those horrifying experiences which I would like to share with you all: 1) No towel or toiletries was provided. After several reminders, the ultimate response was towels are due with laundry😂 2) AC in room was not working and no response from hotel staff for fixing it or changing rooms 3) Heater was not working, after several reminders got it fixed 4) Hotel has an in-house restaurant but food quality is worst, order a panner sandwich and coffee. Both were not so good that we had to waste these foods 5) Whole night there were mosquito biting experience 😬

Dear Owners of Treebo. You need to demolish your place and build something else. Your hotel is good for one night stand only. 1. Cleanness' is horrible 2. Water stop coming twice 3. Cockroachs everywhere. 4. Your staff doesn't know how to talk. 5. There was no towel, water bottle basic things were not there. Your hotel is worst then tier2 cities. Pls do us the favor and sell your business to someone else.

Our stay during an IV was at this hotel. We stayed for 4 days, and the overall experience was good. I am attaching two photos of the metro i took while i was having my complimentary breakfast from the restaurant inside at the 6th floor.

We booked the hotel for 2 days. Beds sheets were soiled with all stains. When, we complained they said there is no staff and they cannot do anything about it. Bathrooms were unwashed and smelly. We couldn't sleep whole night due to bed bugs and dust mite Place has a very shady vibe and felt uncomfortable for a family stay We had online booking for two days and we had to vacate first thing in morning as staying in this hotel was unbearable. There was no refund despite our asking and complains
