Rooms are decent for quick travellers, but the location is excellent – right next to Ulsoor Halasuru Metro Station. The tariff is very reasonable. Parking is not available on-site, though there is a pay-and-park facility just opposite the property (you’ll need to cross the busy road). You can, however, stop in front of the hotel for loading and unloading your luggage. May be good for couples but certainly not for family👍

The worst stay ever! Staff were rude and unprofessional from the very beginning. They refused app payment because I used an offer, delayed check-in for 20+ minutes, and provided no basics—no water, no plates, no glasses. The AC was broken, sheets were stained, pillows smelled, no toiletries were given, and I even had to deal with bed bugs and cockroaches. The place is cheap, unhygienic, and unacceptable. I expect a full refund to my original payment method. Do not go by the reviews mentioned, it's all fake and the worse place I've ever visited

Lousy hotel. The room was so disgusting that I didn't even feel like lying down for a second. I checked out immediately. The bedsheets were stained, the floor was dirty, there was no water in the bathroom and the whole room just smelled horrible. And to top it all off, the staff are extremely rude, who act like they are doing a favour to us despite us paying for the room. An absolute abomination! I have no idea how this hotel is still running in this condition. It's a terrible waste of money. The photos on their listing are an absolute scam. The rooms look 10x dirtier IRL

The room is below average with stained bedsheets. No toiletries or toothbrush. No kettle not even a bottle of water. There is no mat or towels in the room. Later I got a towel after some talks. Breakfast given was in a room with no tables no restaurant area to eat just idli in a box with curry. Is this the way a breakfast is served for an additional amount of ₹500+.

I recently booked this OYO room for ₹1800 for a one-day stay, and I can confidently say it was an absolute disaster and a complete scam. From the moment I stepped into the room, everything went downhill. The bed sheets and pillows were filthy, stained, and smelled awful. It was clear that basic hygiene and cleanliness were completely ignored. When I approached the reception to request fresh bedding, the staff was extremely rude and arrogant. They promised to fix it in “5 minutes,” but no one ever showed up despite multiple reminders. Their lack of professionalism was shocking, and their behavior made the situation worse. The housekeeping staff didn’t care at all—they didn’t clean, didn’t provide towels, and didn’t even offer drinking water. The coffee maker was broken, and to top it all off, there was no Wi-Fi, even though it was clearly advertised. Every basic amenity they claim to provide was either non-functional or missing entirely. What’s worse is that the pictures they show online are completely manipulative and fake. The actual room looked nothing like what was advertised—it’s all just a scam to lure people in. This hotel is a textbook example of false advertising, and OYO should be ashamed for promoting such a misleading and low-standard property. This was an absolute waste of money and time. I urge everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s a complete scam—nothing but manipulation and false promises. Never trust OYO or this hotel. Save your money and avoid the frustration.

One of the worst experience. I was in the room 401 and AC wasn't working. Taps in the bathroom were broken. Informed to room service, they were trying to repair it didn't work out. And also gave us a option to shift to new room but even new rooms weren't avaliable for us but it was avaliable for the new customers not the existing customers. No bathroom kits , No Mats , No proper room cleanings. Better to avoid this place !!!

Booked for couple of days but checked out on first day itself. First- The guys from reception doesn't speak English. Second- we booked with Breakfast, but the manager refused and said there's no Breakfast provided. Third - No No car parking Fourth- Pillow covers were stinking Very uncomfortable bed
