Hotel South Park

The most disgusting hotel and behaviour of staff I have ever seen in Jamshedpur area. The worst experience and the worst service. After whole day work in different sites I went to this hotel for check in at evening time, there I have to wait a lot for their service person to get check in, although there were no other guest in the lobby. After check in the worst part comes now when I went to bathroom I switched on the tap to get the water flow directly from geyser, when I open the tap I got a electric shock from the tap which is giving hot water. After that I called their reception and told the total incident but they are not just willing to accept the fact.. After that I told that I will not stay here, as it's a question of safety, then they demanded my extra amount as I have checked in and used their room, after a lot of harrasment I finally got out from there and went to Ginger other hotel nearby.

We booked multiple rooms and when we reached the hotel with the guest,they completely denied. Such a shameful act. Please be careful while booking this hotel. Specifically if you are from a different city it might lead to an embarrassing situation. I am attaching the picture of the guy in reception. Such a shame.

**Very Bad experience** Breakfast spread is very limited. Room service is 1-2 hrs delayed every time. Staff is non-cooperative. Specifically night manager is very rude and makes people uncomfortable. Pathetic service. Have to roam around in lanes to find the hotel. Very small rooms. Not clean and housekeeping is poor. Someone stole around 2000/- from my bag when i was out of the hotel for sometime. If you talk to them about their service and behaviour, they make their own set of rules. Not worth the money, efforts and time at all.

Staff is non cooperative. They don't behave properly and are very arrogant. A bottle of water takes 2 hours to reach our rooms. They don't provide toiletries regularly. Breakfast has very few options and even though breakfast timings are from 8-10am, they serve it not before 8:30am. Food is also bad. Worst place to stay in Bistupur. Rather stay in Hotel Darshan where staff are very cooperative and well behaved. If there would be lesser rating than 1 star I would give so.

Like the Location and well visible. Not that far from the railway station and good Ambience all together. rooms are a bit smaller but well maintained property and so are the staffs. There is no buffer Breakfast which was a bad impression as u have to order and eat and that takes quite alot of time although the quality of food is great. Overall a great experience.!!

Good location, staff very cooperative. Value for money. Food quality very good. Rooms are neat and clean. Room size ok. Lift facilities. Staff are very cooperative. Very close from Tatanagar Station. Overall very much satisfied.

The hotel is located in a prime area so you are able to reach easy. It is at a lesser distance from teh station. You need not to worry about ATMs ,grocery store, bakery's, street food etc. Overall I can say is that it is located in a area from where you can get all you need. Condition: the condition of hotel is good. It is clean and hygienic. The rooms are spacious. The service is also good. For official meeting they have conference halls. The also have hall for small parties. Food : the quality of food is also good. You can have everything. It is little expensive but you can rate it 4 out of 5.

This is situated near bistupur area in jamshedpur. It is not on the main road and hence you will have to enter the lanes to find it. The rooms are too small and the facilities are okish. The food is not good at all and even poorer is their service. If you order something it will arrive after 1-2 hrs. They do not even pay attention to any fixation in the room. The breakfast spread is poor and so is the taste. I will not recommend to book your stay here as the rooms are very clumsy.
