Horrible place to stay, for business or personal tour freequently I used to travel all over india, believe me this was the worst ever hotel I have stayed in my life, don't book this hotel ever, very very dirty, AC not working, TV not working, toilet is very small and dirty, room very dirty, bad smell from beddings, staff as well owner behaviour is very rude, Horrible Horrible

Wish I could rate them negative. Manager is adamant and lacks basic etiquettes. This hotel should be banned. Poor standard of rooms, basic hygiene missing. Dirty linen in rooms. Zero customer satisfaction. They would charge incorrectly after you have booked it online. Beware of these frauds. Avoid booking this hotel.

I recently stayed at Hotel Suvidha and had a very disappointing experience. Not only was I charged an extra 200 Rs without any prior notice, but the behavior of the owner was also very rude and unprofessional. When I questioned the additional charges, I was threatened to be asked to leave if I didn't pay up. To make things worse, the booking app I used, OYO, didn't provide any helpful support when I reached out to their executive for assistance. My overall experience was very bad, and I would advise others to avoid staying at Hotel Suvidha.

The room guves vibrant vibes and has decent quality furniture there. Rooms are well kept and properly cleaned. I didn't get any trouble finding the hotel. I had an amazing time here with my family.

The hotel is a decent hotel to stay at. The room was comfortable, the kitchen equipped with more than enough appliances, and the staff was friendly. If you're looking for a place in Thakur Bari, a slight walk from the market would be better than any other hotel in this area.

I will rather prefer giving some negative marking to this hotel, rather than giving it 1 star! Disgusting stay, disgusting atmosphere, disgusting manager, and they can even mis-behave with female guest/females, manager and staff don't have control on their words and actions! I will advice everyone to never ever book a room in these kind of 3rd class, cheap hotels and waste ur money as well as mood by going to these kind of places!

Very pathetic experience faced in this hotel i strongly recommend don't book rooms on this hotel neither through oyo app nor offline as i had booked online an AC room cost for Rs571 but when i have came for check in they asked to pay 200 more otherwise you will mot get attached bathroom i disputed but the owner misbehaved with me said (niklo yahan se kahin or dekh lo room ) instantly i called oyo customer support team but the executive didn't helped me and said sir we can only refund you 20% of your amount so i had no option left and had to pay extra amount coz on next day i have to go for my exam. I strongly suggest you there are many good options you have near this hotel but never choose this hotel. *And don't believe in good reviews all are paid ones !!
