Not stayed at this hotel but visited few times for dining, location is so prime almost center of the dumka city and view form top is also amazing.

Old hotel loosing business due to unprofessional behavior of staff . Staffs are too careless. Below are the issues of the hotel. 1. They do not provide backups during power cut , you have to shout and call them repeatedly for AC. 2. No toileraties provided if you ask you will get a cheap soip only, even they do not have handwash in bathroom . 3. Bedsheets and towels seems to be 10 years old . No Mats etc in room. 4. They have a restaurant facility for the name sake , food is pathetic and most of the items are unavailable even the are quite costly. 5. For breakfast they have just options of only puri sabzi or egg and bread . If you are planning to stay at Dumka think twice before entering this hotel. You may find good options around this hotel. A hotel which has all comforts and value for money. Kind of hospitality provided by the staff is amazing and best part owner himself seeking feedback and immediate attention for anything required. Interior can definitely compete with any 5* hotel in metros. Food was like home made. Great going. was

Peace Full location in the heart of town.Nice place to stay in. Charges seems to be a little more than the quality. Rooms are well furnished, good interiors. Only two items in morning breakfast needs improvement.

Nice rooms, much better than other hotels in town. The food is very sad and so is the service. They wrap badly chipped glasses for guests and the toilet seat is funny. This is the better quality room.

Great hotel. Best price. My brother barat stayed here and i really enjoyed. Main entry road is very narrow and that's the main problem but hygiene, interior, security, service is really awesome. The Manager and owner are very professional and polite.

very bad experience.......shabby place.....unclean dont bed sheets n pillows.rooms are not kept well.rooms have water mark n strains on it.not worth even a penny.waste to money......I stayed for few hrs and then walked out of this hotel.
