BUDSHAH RESIDENCY ( Hotel )

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and the experience was commendable, loved the service, location at the friendly behavior of the staff. Everything was perfect would hight recommend this hotel to everyone 👌. The main thing about this hotel is that it is located in the main market lal chowk where you can do shopping and Dal lake hardly 5 min away. Over All 5 star for Budshah Residency and staff. We will be coming back soon. Thankyou for your love and service ❤️

My stay here was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were super comfy and clean. The staff was good with their service, always friendly and ready to help. Plus, the location is ideal, making it easy to explore.

We spent two nights here at the start of a trip to Kashmir and Ladakh. Not the best experience. Our room was dirty and we had no hot water until the night before we left, and only after we were given a different room. Until then, staff were more inclined to say we weren’t using the system correctly.||Meals were basic; dinner was okay but breakfast was a bit grim and needed a couple more options. No consistency -,eg there was a dessert one evening and nothing the next, jam for toast one day and not the next. Tables were tidy at the start of meal sessions but no one seemed to keep them clean after that.||Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, but they don’t seem to work effectively. There’s plenty of them, so no reason why the rooms can’t be properly clean and the dining room looked after more.||The owners have clearly invested heavily in the property. The à la carte restaurant (not the dining room) is lovely and the staff are willing, but the property isn’t being looked after well and the standards aren’t good||Wi-Fi was quite good.

I came here at hotel Budshah Residency with my parents and the service was lovely. My parents had a calm and pleasant stay. The way they treat you is really the best thing we experienced. They treat us like their own family members. Thankyou Hotel Budshah Residency for hosting us will be definitely coming back again and again ❤️💯

Stayed here for 3 days and had a really pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. The service was good and overall the stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Would recommend!
