Hotel Heaven hills

Recently stayed at Hotel Heaven Hills, Srinagar (near Nigeen Lake), and overall it was a really good experience. First thing—don’t judge the hotel by the entrance or outside appearance because some construction work is still going on. Once inside, the experience was much better than expected. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and available in multiple options including double sharing, triple sharing, 2 double beds for 4 sharing, and even arrangements for 5 persons with an extra bed. Prices were reasonable according to the room category and stay experience. Booking options are available on both EP (room only) and MP (meal included) plans. One thing that stood out during our stay was the food. Every day we got different cuisine options, and the taste was really good. Special thanks to Mr. Mudasir for handling and supporting us throughout our complete stay and making things smooth. Also thankful to Chef Parveez for serving such tasty and enjoyable food. Location wise, it is convenient and around 5–7 km from major attractions like Dal Lake, Nigeen Lake, Nishat Bagh, Mughal Gardens, and Shalimar Garden, which made local sightseeing easier. I stayed 4 days in heaven hills hotel and it was a great experience, hotel staff is very polite and well behaved, special thanks to Basit Bhai who was the one man army for all my calls. Food was just wow like our home, on my wife’s wish they served Kashmiri aaloo and kashmiri Ferni that was a next level experience. We love to stay here every time when visiting Srinagar. Thanks for everything.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Heaven Hills. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The chef did an amazing job—the food was super delicious and well-prepared. Every meal was enjoyable and exceeded my expectations. Overall, my experience was outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure that every member of our 20-pax group felt welcomed and comfortable. ​Accommodations: The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and offered beautiful views of the surrounding hills. The atmosphere of the property provides a perfect blend of comfort and the natural charm of Srinagar. ​Dining: The food was a major highlight.
