Absolutely loved my stay here! The hospitality was beyond amazing—every staff member went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable. Super helpful with everything, from little requests to guiding me around the city. The food? So good. Nothing overly fancy, but full of flavour and heart—exactly what you’d want after a long day. The location is perfect too, right in a mid-market area that gives you a local vibe without being too noisy or crowded. Honestly, it felt less like a hotel and more like staying with really thoughtful friends. Would happily come back in a heartbeat. And just a note for anyone hesitating because it’s in Kashmir—don’t be. It’s completely safe, and every Kashmiri I met was incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming. Their hospitality truly makes the experience unforgettable.

It was great experience and one of the nest stay in Kashmir that we experienced, the hospitality from the staff were amazing, Shabbir ,Yamin and staff did a fabulous job and treat the guest as their own house member. Overall, a great experience and a great food. ✨

Staff Friendly and accommodating, Helpful and welcoming, and Courteous and made guests feel valued. Includeing rooms and hygiene was wonderful. manager Mr.Yamin was so kind and polite also staff akther was helpful to our needs. would recommend to visit the casa hotel .

Newly renovated hotel. Staff is too cooperative. Restaurant manager chunilal is also take more care for pure veg tourist. Money for value.
