We have spent two days at pahelgam. Hayat Residency @Pahelgam. Specially I appreciate staff the way they treat their customers. Room service and ambience are truely appreciable. Service is so quick which I haven't experienced in other places at kashmir. If you wanna buy kashmiri dresses and shawls do buy from here. Specially Sameer staff of this hotel and Azaz who is running the hotel both has so cooperative.

We had an absolutely wonderful family stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating to our needs. The room was spacious, spotless and provided a great view.
