I visited Page 3, Manali with my friends during our trip. The property itself is decent, and the rooms and overall stay experience were satisfactory. However, our experience with the management was disappointing. Before the party, some of my friends discussed alcohol charges with the owner. We were informed that if we provided our own bottles, a charge of ₹300 per bottle would apply. However, during the party, alcohol was served from bottles provided by the property instead of the arrangement that had been discussed. What concerned us most was the final bill. Based on what was served, the amount charged seemed unusually high. We were presented with a bill of around ₹36,000 and asked to pay approximately ₹30,000, which left many of us confused and uncomfortable. While the management was friendly and polite in their interactions, we often felt pressured into arrangements that were not clearly explained beforehand. Because of the lack of transparency regarding pricing and billing, our group felt uncomfortable and, at times, taken advantage of as tourists. The property is decent, but I would strongly advise future visitors to confirm every charge, pricing detail, and agreement in advance and preferably in writing. Clear communication is essential to avoid misunderstandings and unexpected expenses. This experience was not good.

Before the party, some of my friends had a discussion with the owner regarding alcohol charges. We were told that if we gave our own bottles, he would charge ₹300 per bottle. However, during the party, instead of using our bottles as discussed, he served alcohol from his own bottles. Initially, he made one very strong drink, after which everyone got drunk very quickly. After that, the drinks being served did not feel equally strong, which made the whole situation seem very questionable. What shocked us most was the bill. The alcohol he served did not appear to justify the amount we were charged. Based on our understanding, only a few bottles were used, yet we were presented with a bill of around ₹36,000 and asked to pay approximately ₹30,000. Our group genuinely felt misled and taken advantage of as tourists. The entire experience left us feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. I would strongly recommend others to confirm all pricing and agreements clearly in advance before visiting.

Cleanliness of the rooms stand to be improved. Everything else is good about the place. It's a short walk away from the happening parts of old Manali, rooms are big and spacious, staff are friendly, and they have good happy hour offers everyday. But the cleanliness of the room definitely can be improved. It was dusty and there were cobwebs in a lot of places. And the towels and comforters/duvets had a musty smell, felt like they weren't washed properly. I stayed in the premium room which could also use better ventilation, felt bit suffocated on both nights that I was there. Would recommend if these couple of basic things are fixed and taken care of.
