OYO 39401 River West Cottage

**Do not book this Oyo ever** Worst Oyo booked ever, Worst location , worst people They don't know how to run Oyo , asked for cash payment even after online payment was done. Don't have restaurant so they will shout at you when they deliver food at 11:30pm which was ordered at 9:00pm and says it's hotel not restaurant order before 8:00pm And they don't even have proper plates and food available even drinking water is not available, no store Available nearby, they way too over charge for food. Oyo should remove this property as soon as possible

Room was good but bathroom was tidy, location is not easily accessible with SUV's, travellers. So far away from mentioned location.Food wasn't available, room services were not upto the oyo's standards

It's a new place, location is beautiful but the way to it is a bit tough. Still lacks in certain important things. Need to upgrade service a bit more. In an urgent need of Make over of stuff.
