Hotel Malabar Bhuntar

The hotel is incredibly dirty, the staff is rude and uncooperative except for two gentlemen at the reception. The house keeping shows up at whatever time they feel like and threaten to not clean. The staff stands over your head and will not let you eat in peace. Would recommend taking absolutely any other resort or hotel down the street - there are many that are in same price range that are significantly cleaner and nicer.

My experience at the restaurant was not good at all. The manager’s way of speaking was not appropriate, and their behavior didn’t seem customer-friendly. The service was also quite slow, and the staff should speak to customers with respect, which was completely missing here. I wouldn’t want to visit this place again.

This hotel is highly unsafe for spending a night on family trip. Our room service manager gave me empty threats of violence and was behaving like a local gang member . There were small rats running in the kitchen as well. Unfortunate stay here !

Extremely rude and arrogant staff, especially at the restaurant and the reception. They take your money but do not want to do their work in return. The room service guy was good, but was the only saving grace of this place.

A good place to stay while traveling to manali. They cook excelent food and the hotel staff is very corporative. Would Highly recommend it. During my stay Ajay gave excellent service.

Horrible experience, bad service, dirty rooms, looks would not open, they would not send anyone to help, blankets had a smell, asked for a different one, they delayed for 40 minutes and then denied.

Pathetic hospitality by the staff at the hotel and the management tries to dominate the customers. Extremely rude and arrogant behaviour by the room service.Not recommended.
