Gnine Hotel

I had booked this hotel in Surat while coming for my son’s admission to NIT. They charged ₹2000 more than what was shown online. Moreover, even though they took money for an extra bed for three people, they did not provide the bed. And even if they provide it now, there is no space to place it. Hot water was available only for one person to bathe; the rest had to manage with cold water. On top of that, the bathroom fittings kept falling off into our hands. It was a very bad experience. Avoid booking rooms here as much as possible

I had a terrible experience during my stay at Hotel Gnine in Surat. I booked a premium room at a high price, expecting a decent level of comfort and service — but it was nothing close to premium.||||The washroom was in a horrible condition — unclean and not even functioning properly.||||I informed the hotel staff about the issue multiple times, but nobody came to fix it.||||The hospitality and housekeeping services are completely unprofessional and careless.||||I've even attached a photo showing the condition of the washroom — it clearly shows how little this hotel cares about guest comfort. I strongly advise others not to waste your money on this hotel.||||This was not worth the money at all, and I will definitely recommend my friends and colleagues not to book this hotel under any circumstance.

Courteous Staff .Rooms are clean .Location is superb. A couple of areas of improvement .1 Restaurant should serve local cuisine 2.Rooms should have a study table

It's not proper staff to handling for customers it's very bad experience to me and I never aver go to that place it's falus commitment and it's very rude behaviour for that and not give any compliment breakfast it's chargeable you commited free but it's not .

These people don’t have any etiquettes , nor any work ethics Please do not even think of staying here They will treat you like you are their servants And will tell you to check out of the hotel even before the date of checking out They overlaps their bookings and the customer has to face the blunt

Harrased my parents. Very poor service. Not safe and also don't provide good service and forced my parents again and again calling to check out for someone else when they had already paid for the stay Don't go there if you don't want to be harrased
