Hotel Nest

There were a lot of insects in the room, the cleaning was not done properly and the room is changed every day without asking if someone stays for 2 or 3 days

Pros: 1. Friendly staff 2. Cheap 3. Spacious rooms 4. Clean linen Cons: 1. Dirty floor 2. Unclean toilets 3. No toiletries provided, I had to buy soap paper and toothpaste from the market outside 4. TV not connected to internet, lacked subscription of dish 5. Located on outskirts of Surat

It is very nice hotel. Staff is supporting and well behaving. Service is good and on time. Location is pretty long away from station but it's okay you will get auto rickshaw or ola rickshaw at reasonable price.

Very poor service. The number which is given on google . They say that person is no longer owner here. Also it is mentioned that it is oyo flagship resto but they still claim that they dont take booking from oyo. We came here from mumbai so we reached late at 12:15am. A very worst welcome in Surat city by Nest hotel. The person who was talking on call, i clearly stated them that we are 5 of them that too a complete family. So i told him that we will arrive late night and we need 2 ac rooms. Now after coming here they are adding extra charges n stating that 3 ppl cant accomodate in 1 ac room. Very worst service by OYO flagship hotel. After putting this review, early morning the guy from reception called and said since uh have put this review you will have to vacant the room. While checkout the person who was talking on call since yesterday, accepted the mistake as i had clearly told him that we are 5 people and we are a family so he accepted everything n apoligized and asked to delete the review. I was suppose to delete the review and he posted a reply on that i asked rooms for free. I am very well aware of the policies and rates and educated enough to pay for what i have used. Very very worst experience. People there are color changing snakes like just 10mins ago they apologized and then posted a reply against us. The rates which were given to me on call were 1600 for 2 rooms. Where 1 room will have 2 adults and other room will have 3 adults. And both will be Ac rooms only.Even after apologizing they posted this so thats y i need to put this on twitter so that any visitors and oyo flagship should be well aware of this experience.

DONT FOOL YOURSELF BOOKING ONLINE.. THEY JUST SHOW YOU CHEAP PRICES AND THEN CANCEL THE BOOKING AND ASK FOR MORE MONEY OFFLINE... AFTER TALKING THEM ON PHONE, THEY TALK SO RUDE, NO CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS... PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

It's a nice place to stay with family, they have clean rooms & staffs are very helpful: we had quite a pleasant stay
