Hotel Mahalaxmi

Disgusting service ever.Always book hotel from goibibo but this time very much disappointed with there customer service also.Hotel Rooms were just like 3rd class dharmshala , all over wall paint were peeling off ,water pressure was too low, toliet seats were just like train toilets -too dirty and stinky with awful smell. Rooms were not even dusted and dustbins were not cleaned nonveg food was there in it. Never ever recommend to book this hotel for anyone. Don't go with the photos . Will advice to goibibo to out list such kind of hotels from there app to save user from this inconvenience in future.

Very Very bad locality and bad hotel condition Not even given a cupboard and the water coming through taps is also sour TV is also not there here condition of washroom is also very bad the mirror was very very dirty and rusted. I booked this hotel from agoda website for 2 nights it costs us 14000 rupees for 2 nights it is not at all worth it this hotel does not worth for even 2000. This hotel is located at very worst location and they doesn't even refund the money after booking. Hotels at 1/4th of this price are here with more better facilities and rooms. My personal recommendation is to never book your hotel from agoda website. Thank you

We stayed for one night with family, and that was ok experience. Rooms are big in size, but we have seen some bugs in the room, and the bathroom was a bit dirty. Overhaul Nice stay but need more cleanliness.

Mahalaxmi Hotel in Dwarka have changed my opinion about the hotel owners there. We were ther in Christmas holidays and all the hotels are jam packed. Wherever we looked for hotel most of the people are there looking to loot the travellers (even I paid 4200 for dormitory in Kevadiya). But Mahalaxmi hotel charged us their original fare 2000( after bargaining from 2200 ). But we have to live on the next day and our bus from Dwarka to Surat got missed as our taxi got punctured on the way from bhet Dwarka to Dwarka. Then all of us got struck there, we were completely clue less on how to continue our tour. But the owner was so kind to us that he understood all problem and he not only guided us on how to go ahead but also provided us free stay on that night. He understood all problem and give us multiple solutions like he offer does taxi he also called Auto for us to drop at bus stand and he also said that if you don't get the bus you can come here stay for free tonight. So we stay there that night and he told us that at morning 4 o'clock we will get from Dwarka to Ahmedabad and we could go anywhere from there. It might same very small but it was a very big help for us as we were totally clueless at a completely new place. He understood my problem and he was telling someone in Gujarati "Phasi gayo becharo". He is a real generous man with a will to help others. I would highly recommend the hotel due is hospitality and generous behavior.. Thank you.

Third Class hotel. Fraud hotel. Shown three star but it is not eligible one star. manipulate three star show in Make my trip. Fraud business with customer. Government assessment as soon as possible to remove three star. Stop fraud. This hotel not eligible to one Star. Dharmashala is 100 times better to its.

Deceptive Advertising and Terrible Experience - Demanding Full Refund I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The experience was completely different from what was showcased in the pictures on their website. First, the location was not as advertised. It was in a completely different area, which was dirty and unpleasant. The surroundings made me feel unsafe, and it was nothing like the clean, vibrant neighborhood they promoted online. Second, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The bathroom was incredibly small, and to make matters worse, the basin was broken. It was impossible to use it properly, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. Lastly, the hotel itself was nothing like the images on their website. The room was outdated and poorly maintained, which made me question how they could justify charging the rate they did. This experience was far below any reasonable standard, and I feel completely misled by the false advertising. I am demanding a full refund for my stay, as this was not the service or environment I was promised. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel if you value honesty and a comfortable stay.

The location shared by them is wrong. The rooms are horribly maintained. Bathroom are so small that you can't even turn around and close the door. Salt water in the taps, so salty that there is no way you can use it to get fresh. The area around the property is very dirty. Bottom line: save yourself the trouble and don't book this place. You can thank me later.
